The stupid, dwarf blonde hair manager flirts with and tries to date all the guy members. She is very rude to anyone that walks in the door and is especially rude to her employees. She should be fired immediately. This immature little girl needs to grow up.

A coworker who recently had knee surgery came in to meet with a trainer. The trainer told her to do the stationery bike for awhile and then the 30 minute workout. That was it! Didn't show her how to use the machines correctly, adjust machines or weights. Didn't advise her on what not to do to reingure her knee. Nothing! I was embarrest for her coming there because my trainer, when I started two years ago, was very thorough and went over the whole place and all the equipment with me and how to best utilize the machines. I was very disappointed for my friend and for recommending the gym to her.

Thought about becoming a member but no one could tell me if tanning beds had UVA or UVB bulbs..also mentioned their website says they offer total body enhancement (red light therapy).. which they don't...I asked if they would be getting it...again no one knows. The equipment and place is nice, but the staff at Belden is much more pleasant and knowledgeable.

The staff is ridiculously rude!The assistant manager... Little blonde haired girl... got an attitude when my husband asked a question about the memberships. I only go here because alliance doesn't have another gym besides here and the ymca.Staff needs to be trained on how to treat customers or they don't need to be working with people. The kid upfront was so soft spoken and knew literally nothing! Y'all need to get it together

Worked out on a Saturday. They are open till 7pm and 10 minutes before 7pm they turned off all the tvs. I had 2minutes left on the elliptical and I found this very rude. I paid to be there till 7pm.

It's an ok gym the tanning and massage beds are nice but they don't have a large selection of free weights

I was a member here for a year and went several times a week. The staff is not helpful. I would often workout near closing time on Fridays because of my schedule. And they would start shutting down at 8:30! I would make me feel rushed and unwanted. The staff would often hang out at desk talking to each other and would not see me walk in. Also they have the link alarm which is the most childish thing I have ever seen. It is jarring and surprising when they set it off.

I love that I can just do my workout within an hour and continue with my day. The employees always greet me on my way in and out even at 5 AM.

Incredibly rude. My husband went in to inquire about a membership, and after being treated very rudely by staff, was shortly told that this was not the gym for him and he wouldn't fit in here. I could not believe the gall your employees have to say something like this to a customer!! Maybe some training of how to speak politely to paying customers would be in order.
