Came in from out of town , was treated bad by the staff, questioned me several times and harassed me !! I will be calling corporate HQ on the staff ! felt watched and pressured ! Very immature crew !!

I love the atmosphere-i don't feel self-conscience about excercising, how I look, what I'm wearing-and if I have questions I can ask the staff or set up a meeting with their trainer at no extra cost to me

Nice gym but that little troll dude at the desk is a pain.not only does he go around telling people they aren't doing things right,he cries to the other employees an sends them around doing the same!! Like the place but the troll has to go!!

I visited a Planet Fitness location in New Jersey and after seeing that one, it exemplifies how well kept the Alliance location is. We think there is room for improvement but it's difficult to see it get much better for what is probably the McDonald's of gyms.

Just got a membership here as I have moved and this was the only gym in the area that has multiple locations nation wide. I travel for work and figure why not give them a try. Wish I would have come sooner! My old gym was horrible when I left and didn’t have locations where I traveled to.There are thousands of planet fitnesses across the country and all of the ones I have gone to are great and have wonderful friendly staff!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Love Planet Fitness.Very clean in Alliances.Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff.I've been to sick to go this last month with upper respiratory and sinus imfection.Once I'm well I'll be back.

So far the gym is super nice and clean! I go in the evenings are there are always plenty of machines open. The staff could work on their customer service skills in a major way that’s why my review is minus a star.

Black Card member. The locker room is big and clean and it's not cramped at all. The equipment is always clean and working. I used the Hydromassage while I was there today and it was amazing! You can adjust the speed and pressure. I definitely recommend here over other gyms and I also recommend signing up for the Black Card. You can buy drinks half off with one and use tanning and massage stations. The staff working today were super nice and helpful and I haven't had a bad experience there yet.
