1st time at this location. I was greeted by the staff members. They assisted me wholeheartedly the entire time I was there. I truly felt as though I belonged there; even though this isn't my,"Home" PLANET FITNESS !

The staffer had no intention of giving good service. It’s like their single focus is looking for something to catch you doing wrong. I was on a treadmill and took my sweatshirt off and draped it over the arm of my treadmill...one of the staff came over and told me I had to take it out to my car or tie it around my waist...and thought nothing about breaking up my workout. I have been in several planet fitness facilities and have had good experiences. I can even carry a bag around with me at the Canton facility. The negative experiences I have had here in Alliance make it my last option for fitness around here.

I enjoy this facility it's clean, and the staff is always polite, the only thing I did not like was when I asked the girl at the desk her advice for losing belly fat her only response was cardio, so that's what I have been doing and don't feel like I'm losing my belly fat I feel like I need a personal trainer or more professional advice. Other than that I love working out here.

First time being there was a good experience. Dad has a black card and is able to bring a guest with him. One of his favorite parts about being there is the tanning, shower, the water massage chairs. It takes some convincing and motivating to get him to go, but every time he goes there after work and comes back he is always happy and in a good mood regardless of how bad a day he had at his work. Would recommend to a family member or friend because how how cheap the regular price would be to go there. It's as little as $10 a month.

Find it funny they say open 24/5 but yet are only open 24/4 and I would have to drive 40 minutes to the nearest one to even get the open 24/7 availability at the alliance club
