Not open when they say they will be in the mornings. Have shown up twice in the last week, when they were supposed to be open, only to find them closed with no explanation.

Good assortment of machines in a smaller area. Staff are experienced and well mannered. Multiple situations arose while onsite and they were very professional and knowledgeable about it. CUDOS!

I remember when this pandemic started I didn't read the sign and didn't bring a mask to the Wadsworth Planet Fitness and an employee got in my face about the mask which is fine I'm not opposed to the rules. However I've seen the same employee hanging on cardio equipment talking to women not 6 feet away without a mask on. Not professional.
