great place. love the staff. love the environment. yes, at times you have to stand around and wait to speak to an employee, or wait for a tanning bed, but that’s what happens when you have hundreds of people walking through the doors everyday. since the gym opened i haven’t seen anyone just standing around doing nothing. someone is always helping someone, so reading these 1 star reviews makes me laugh. It’s the same people making the same reviews. Do any of you know how customer service works? it isn’t easy, especially dealing with people like those writing these negative reviews. “the staff doesn’t know anything about fitness” so why are you asking for their help then huh? I’m willing to bet the person who wrote that comment has horrendous form and THINKS they know fitness!! it’s the same narrative across the country for all planet fitness gyms. So, stay at home and work those fingers, the rest of us will be at the gym bettering ourselves:-)
