Most importantly. The staff are incredible and it’s a clean gym.BUT. They hardly use AC. I like to work out hard and being in that place feels like a hot yoga room every day at any time. Although I usually just work out in morning when it’s not as staffed - maybe they increase it during the day. But I’ve been at different times and haven’t noticed much of a difference.A few times leaving feeling sick and not wanting to work out hard which defeats the purpose. A comfortable environment would be appreciated.I’ll update this review if I see any changes.— updated to 4 because they actually replied. Which again shows the care of the staff.

I’m new to working out in a gym and recently joined here. The staff and trainers have been so extremely helpful. I enjoy The team coaching and workouts. I feel Very comfortable working out here there is no judgement and only positivity! I encourage Anyone who is considering joining a gym to come here!

So I can’t believe that this happened. I decided to join and began the enrollment process. I provided my personal information and paid the one time key cost to the manager. The manager then informed me that in addition to the costs I agreed to, and the costs on the data sheet, there would be and additional cost paid twice annually. That was the switch.I immediately told the manager to cancel my membership and refund my money. I am not interested in doing business with any company with deceptive business practices and the "Bait and Switch" form of fraud is one of the more common types in the retail industry. I would recommend avoiding the Anytime Fitness Center at the Surfside Shops in Cape Coral

Small fitness center but everything one needs for a good workout is there, and more! New cardio machines, TRX, circuit.... Great little club. Love going there. And: it is accessible 24 hours/day!
