The gym itself is fine, but the personal training I would stay away from. The first time I came into the gym to confirm my membership (I signed up online) they offered an intro which I thought was about the gym itself as it was labeled a tour. Of course after I agreed they told me it was $10. Then the personal trainer and I agreed upon some training sessions. I made a payment and then went home and reviewed the contract. Come to find out the trainings were a 3-month commitment which was never discussed and the cost was $240 every other week for three 30-minute trainings a week. When the trainer had me sign I never was given the opportunity to read the contract, he stated supposedly what it said and had me sign. The contract states you have 3 days to cancel, which I did, but the payment you make right then and there is not refundable (another thing they never said). When I went back in on day 2 to cancel, I was told by 2 people it was fully refundable and they confirmed the refund was requested and the contract was cancelled. It has been over 6 weeks and I am still fighting for my refund. I have been told by the district manager I would get it but it's been 3 weeks since I have been told that and I am still trying to get ahold of him.If you do the training, read every line of the contract before giving them money and signing anything. This sounds obvious, but the trainer makes it sound way more informal to sign up for.Due to all this I am now going to cancel my gym membership altogether.Update: I am 1 week away from being 2 months on this. They confirmed my refund has been approved around 2/10 and I should have seen it today, 2/24, but now I called back and they have no info and I was told refunds can take up to 5 weeks. Each time it's a different answer and they really don't know. There is no way to contact the office so I have to keep calling the gym. I can't seem to get Tito, the district manager, to call or follow-up.Stay away from the personal training or make sure you review the contract in detail before giving them payment and making it final. Take it home.

A great gym with nice equipment, the overall experience has been nice. However, when members enter and leave the gym, we are hardly greeted or thanked. It almost felt like no one from the staff teams cares about us as paying customers. I am also a member of another big name gym on Del Prado Blvd, the front desk staffs remember each one of our names, they greet us with big smiles and always asking how we are doing. When we leave, they say goodbye to us and thanked us for coming in. Although this is such a small part of running a successful business, but how it makes people feel is not something you can get by paying for big money promotions. I would drop my membership with this Crunch location if this is not improved... very disappointed!

Where do I begin? They hire people for the front desk that are incapable of doing their job. I have had so many billing issues with this company it is mind boggling. It got so bad that I actually canceled my membership and am leaving a bad review which I normally do not do. This is all due to the incompetency of their staff.

The best instructors around. The instructors really care and are the best in town. I'm so glad that joined Crunch last year. Love all the different programs that are available.

This gym does a good job of staying clean and keeping the equipment and machines well serviced. They have multiple group class options including hot yoga and spin cycling. As with any popular gyms it can get quite busy so you may want to find a particular time that works best for your schedule. Overall the price is highly reasonable for the amount of value you get.

Pretty much an all around disappointment. Classes I liked kept getting canceled, group class teachers kept changing and all the good ones would leave. Then after I realized I was no longer going to go you can't cancel online, or over the phone. You have to go out of your way to the gym in order to cancel. I'd think twice before signing up for crunch, there are many gyms that function better.

I have gone to many different gyms over the years, and have had loads of instructors for group classes. Crunch in Cape Coral is hands down THE BEST club I have ever gone to. Is it busy? OF COURSE !! How could it not be? The staff is great, all the instructors are phenomenal. Do I have a favorite one? ABSOLUTELY, however, the teaching styles & classes are all different so there is something for everyone. BONUS.... extremely reasonable membership fee !!

Very disappointed in the layout and the lack of core machines. One incline bench and very little hamstring equipment that I could find in this large of a gym? Not a place for the serious lifters who want options. Also, how can you not have childcare in the suburbs? 2 stars for the new facility but since it's new how do you not get the equipment right? Also, I asked the manager why they don't have hammerstrength machines which is a longstanding pivotal piece of equipment in gyms. She tells me that they break down (not true at all) and that they stopped making them( nothing is farther from the truth there). Definitely dishonest and I probably won't speak to her next time I have an issue.Update: got transferred to Sarasota and went to cancel my membership only to be told they have to charge me for a month more. I mean why would that make sense since I'm literally moving 60 miles and don't have the multi club package? Just another disappointment from this location compared to ones I've been to in Tampa I dropped my stars down to one, accordingly

This is a great gym with all the equipment for people of any level of fitness. Not open as late as some gyms but I've gotten used to it and I make it work. They need to fix a couple of the paper towel dispensers :)
