Jose and Dakotah were so great, friendly, and motivating, i had no option but to sign up for personal training with them. They evaluate your goals and are realistic with how they set up your week for you. Can’t wait to start Friday!

My wife and I signed up here and Tori helped us. Just have to say she was outstanding! No pressure whatsoever, so informative and kind. She is most definitely the person you want helping you when you come in! Management has a true asset!

Froze my membership for 6 months(by an employee who is no longer there) was never told I had to "prove" where I was after 3 months in order to continue my freeze. Crunch was charging my credit card when I'm 1500 miles north. My credit card company put a freeze on my CC and Crunch was still able to get through and charge me again. Had to cancel my card and now with hurricane Ian, we are still not receiving mail, so, I'm unable to cancel my contract until I receive a new card. NOTHING should be this difficult. Beware of what you e sign folks.

We were displaced by hurricane Ian and had to move from the area. We sent notice to the club through email that we needed to cancel (they don’t offer online cancellation). They charged us anyway. I spoke with Jonathan Wiernik, general manager, who told me he was unable to process a refund because we needed to provide 30 day notice of cancellation. When I objected, given that we are victims of a natural disaster and lost our home, he stated “30 day notice is in your contract”. Regardless of what the contract states, human decency and common sense should prevail. If you are thinking about joining a gym, business character matters. Buyer beware.Response to owner response:Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough. We were victims of the hurricane and our house isn’t habitable. WE HAD TO LEAVE THE AREA. I cannot “come by the club”. I’m busy trying to recover my life in another part of the state. Regarding your suggestion I “call the club” - I thought I was pretty clear I already did that and spoke to your general manager, who very callously informed me I was charged this month’s membership because I hadn’t given 30 days notice (even though I had sent the email requesting to cancel before the start of the month). This response was after I made it clear to him that the reason for cancellation was due to my displacement by the hurricane. To this, he responded: “it’s in the contract”. Truly appalling.

The aesthetic is really nice and high energy. Great equipment, however I'm annoyed with their hours. They close too early for me. I'm a night owl and work odd hours, and I need a gym that's at least open till 1:00 a.m. I'm thinking of canceling for this reason.

I love the atmosphere of Crunch, Cape Coral. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. I've been working with Lexi. It feels great to be strength training!! I also love that they bring in local business partners. You get a true sense of community here.

I have been to many gym in my life. Crunch Cape is definitely one of the nicer and more enjoyable ones I’ve been too. As with any gym, it can be busy at times. It’s always clean and the staff and members are fantastic to be around. A++
