What a hidden gem! I have been going to this gym daily for a month now and it is everything and beyond I could ever ask for! Equipment wise, they have absolutely everything and tons of free space too for any HIIT or just privacy for those who don't want to be seen! I have seen all experience levels and age groups here, and everyone is very friendly, respectful (both of other people and equipment) and welcoming! It is never crowded when I go so it is absolutely ideal! The owners are fantastic as well! Dedicated fitness folks with backgrounds in crossfit, nutrition and personal training among many other things! You will see them in there regularly working out along with their kids! Apparently they recently purchased this gym and are trying to continue to improve and grow it! Even in this one month, I have seen so many improvements to the space, equipment, classes and services they offer! You can't beat the 24 hour access and the simple month to month, no contract membership. Everything is always very clean, bathrooms included, and everyone wipes down equipment! Such a pleasant change to see coming from a large, corporate gym! And people actually rerack their weights and put equipment back in place after use! Definitely never saw that at my former big box store gym! They have free classes throughout the day, personal training, and nutrition coaching. They offer a silver sneakers class as well! As much as I don't want this secret to get out there, this gym and these owners deserve some recognition and I 100% recommend checking them out! You won't be disappointed!

One "GREAT" gym... Plenty of "EVERYTHING", not to mention the wonderful owners... I love this 24 hour gym, right in the heart of downtown Cape Coral. ;-)
