My new favorite gym! Rarely, if ever, do I have to wait for a machine. They have everything anyone would need. Everyone here is pleasant to be around, including the owners. Good people. Good stuff

Very clean, ownership is great!! One of the best gym memberships I have ever owned. The lighting inside will make you leaving feeling confident, nothing bad to say!!

Clean and well kept true 24/7 gym with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They have a great variety of equipment to choose from for any type of workout. Very responsive and helpful staff.

This place is exactly what I needed! It’s big and clean and has all the equipment I need in a gym. I love that they have tons of mirrors and space to do different activities. I feel safe with the keypad lock especially with it being open 24/7. The staff is beyond amazing!! It’s worth the drive over the bridge from Fort Myers. I miss the Hammerhead on FMB and always will but this is a great upgrade!

This gym was perfect!! Was in the area for a little over a week to visit the in-laws. My wife, brother-in-law, and myself took advantage of their 1 week membership. No hidden fees, nagging sales calls, or any pressure whatsoever from anyone. Great vibes, good music, AC, and kind people. The gym equipment was exactly what we were looking for too. Free weights, barbells, squat rack, pull up bar, weighted belts for weighted dips, every machine you could think of, and open 24/7… Hammerhead had it all. We will be back every time we visit Cape Coral in the future!

Love this gym. I’m from out of town. This place met all my expectations. I can’t complain about anything. Very clean with everything you need to get stronger. They offer day and weekly passes as well. Thank you.

Hammerhead Gym has a wonderful daily or weekly option. You can come for a couple days or a couple weeks. Read the rest review to see the options offered.The gym has lots of new equipment.Open 24 HOURS.The air conditioning seems better than when it was Gulf Coast gym. The membership options are unique. I’ve never seen it before. This is It a great feature ❗️You can choose to come in for one day for $12. Maybe you’re a vacation. or maybe you just wanna try it out for a few days to see if you like it. They have the right plan for you. You can a weekly pass for only $25. If you’re a local resident like myself, you may choose the monthly option. The monthly option is only $40 a month. then if you just here for the winter, how perfect is this.There’s no yearly contract just the three options.So if you live up north and you leave for the summer. I have no affiliation with the gym.I am a senior citizen that lives in Cape Coral who used to go to the old Gulf coast fitness. located in downtown Cape Coral right across from the McDonald’s restaurant . That was before hurricane Ian destroyed the place. After the hurricane the place they had to get it, replaced the roof and rebuild it. Now it is so fresh because we built it and they have the new roof. It looks like lots of new equipment and some flooring. I mean there’s some older things there, but by and large it is all new. It’s just so pleasant to have a gym to go that is close to my house. And their options‼️ I really hope that we can keep this business going. We lost our DYI ice cream yogurt place because it wasn’t supported by the community. We can’t afford to do that to our small businesses. we can’t have just condominiums in big corporations in our downtown. Let’s all chip in and do our part to keep our town the best place in Florida, and that small town feel.know something about me. I don’t know who owns this place. I’m just a senior citizen who used to go to the Gulf Coast gym and really enjoyed keeping in shape. It was a lovely place to meet people and get out and do something. Since hurricane Ian I’ve gotten fat and lazy. My joints hurt. My back hurts, and I’m not a strong I have not gone to the gym because everything is either too expensive are too far away. I didn’t want to sign up for $600 for the gym close to us, not knowing whether or not I would go. anyways, this is not a bias if you buy a family member just buy a happy old lady 👵
