Spacious place. Plenty of equipment, pool, sauna, and about 8 squat racks. It gets busy on Tuesdays but most of the time I've never had to wait.The only downside is the corporate culture. I feel like I'm always being sold to and their ads on their music network reinforce that feeling

I usually go at night, anywhere between 8:30 pm and 11 pm, because I like an empty gym. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The people that I've seen have all been pretty respectful of each other so it stays pretty quiet of you just like to listen to music while working out. You won't be bothered by anyone.

Terrible customer service! If you sign a contract, please know it cannot be changed ever, and there really are no exceptions except death. Cleaning supplies are always out and they don't provide towels so that makes for a pretty dirty gym. Cardio equipment is not well maintained and is frequently broken or in poor condition and needing replacement. I have belonged to several big box gyms over the years and this one is by far the worst in terms of customer service and facility maintenance. There are so many better choices out there and I highly recommend steering clear of this gym franchise!

Been a member for over 35 years. Recently they "randomly raised my rate and my sons both 50 dollars a year. Try calling corporate and you can wait forever to talk to someone. Years ago I paid an extra fee for s forever rate. Ha don't trust them ever.

Recently this club up-graded itself from Sport to Super Sport while the facilities remain virtually the same. In fact some areas were down-graded,e.g. the pool water temp was down from 84 degree 5-6 years ago to 81.5 a few months ago until recently to 82.5 after many members complained. The bath rooms and shower rooms are as dirty as before. Although they put yellow warning signs blocking the entrances to those rooms saying cleaning person(s) are working. But I've not seen any cleaning person working there during the afternoon hours when I was there most of the times for the last couple of years.This gym has been classified as Sport since it was opened about a decade ago. Suddenly they wanted to name themselves Super Sport so they can nearly double the price. If this is not greed, what else do you call it? I hope they will roll back to Sport to keep the member from leaving this club.

I love this gym Compared to the vista one and encinitas one. My son loves the staff and they listen when I told them he knows how to use the bathroom he's turning 4 and the other places didn't listen when he said he had to go. I come back from workout and he was soaking wet. I was so mad and frustrated. But this place is amazing. I love the workout and my child has a blast!
