This gym used to be a great gym to attend. However, I purchased some private training classes valueing over $1,500 that they refuse to refund me for. Finding someone that is willing to help is extremely difficult. I have called multiple weeks with no one returning my call. On top of that the gym manager was facetious towards me. They also refuse to send me the contact I signed.

Extremely rude staff. Interrupting my workout to vacuum under my bench. I told the woman, "ma'am, I'm using this" to which she ignored me completely. As I continued, she was less than a foot away from me staring down at me with hatred in her eyes. When I completed my set, I mentioned that I was her customer, and her response was "I don't care who you are"....Not to mention the constantly broken cardio equipment. Even if the machine works mechanically, many displays don't (row machine, assault runner, etc.). This is the case at every 24 I've been to though, so not unique to this location.If I didn't have a lifetime membership from 20 years ago, I'd have left them a long time ago.

I often times feel uncomfortable being stared at by some of the male staff over by the work out balls and wonder if they can do something more productive with their time? Maybe address the stinch coming from the sauna which almost always smells like garlic and onions or have someone clean the women's locker area, especially the dirty toilets and toilet paper thrown on the floor

This gyms makes me like 24 hour fitness again.- Clean gym with plenty of equipment-Chill but helpful staff-Has a community feel that is normally not felt in big chain gyms. This has to do more with the members.

3rd time in a few months I have come in the morning to workout before work and they close the showers without prior notice. Only get a membership here if you like crowded gyms with no shower. Would give zero stars if that were an option. Update Dec 2022- Pool heater finally fixed after 2 weeks. Feels like walking into an aviary, but instead of birds chirping, its old equipment squeaking. This gym needs WD40 for Christmas!
