It is ok.... still just another gym nothing to write home about. They do not listen to customer that would like more classes added.

Very good gym. They have done a number of remodeling and upgrades in the last few years. As a result, their equipment is state-of-the art! The staff are professional and helpful. I'd highly recommend this gym.

bad customer service. i asked the front desk, talked to an african-american staff if he could change one of the tv monitors in front of the treadmills to the ncaa bball tourney & i waited 40 mins and nothing happened. the place was not even crowded, this happened fri. nt @ 8. i spotted another staff & told him about my request and it took him just a couple of minutes to change the channel. kudos to the 2nd staff and the first staff should not be working there. he's a bad egg for the co. & other employees.

PROS:: EXCELLENT Layout! Love the high, open ceilings, the vast variety of equipment, the hot tub & pool availabilityCONS:: Frequented a lot of gyms & hands down!~~ This staff is the most fake, self-centered yuppiest crew I have ever had the displeasure to come by. Eye witnessed two accounts of DIRECT belittling of customers; Left speechless/floored that a person would speak to another in such away. Dislike having to write such negativity, only reason to do so would be to give a heads up.

On Aug.22,2014, Friday, I showed up at 8:45AM with 2 grandkids for kids club. I was told I would have to wait maybe up to an hour to check both kids in, since they only could take one. There was two care workers on duty. This was a disappointment to the four year old. An hour would be to long for a two and four year old to wait in the lobby. We left and went to the Oceanside gym on off the 76 hwy. Hopefully 24 hour can find a solution so this does not happen again. There are solutions if management just thinks of customers first.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. The gym has a lot of different types of equipment and numerous cardio machines. I've never had to wait for a treadmill or stair master, even at 'rush hour' (5-6pm). The classes are amazing and the instructors are excellent. Well-trained, professional, and very motivating. I've recommended this gym to my friends.

This place is great for workouts. Plenty of modern equipment, everything is kept in order and it has a few things like an infinite rope climb that I haven't seen in other places. It is a large facility, not crammed like other gyms. I often see cleaning crews while I am here, wearing green shirts and wiping everything down.Only complaint I have is that I have a paperwork issue which has not been fixed, even after 3 months, but it hasn't prevented me working out.

I switched from LA Fitness to 24 hours Fitness in Nov. 2011; primarily because I have been spending alot of time in OC and joined the Super-Sport Membership.Unfortunately, since I am living in Carlsbad for now, I sometimes "Work-out" at this Facility.I realize it is just a "Sport" --however, I must say, that everytime I am in the gym & am on a Cardio piece of equipment, it somehow does not operate properly----sometimes, not just on 1 piece of equipment, but more then 1.I have complained to the management--and they "sort of listen" but act like they "dont really care" ---I dont want to sound "too harsh"----but when the Cardio equipment is "down" --and its very crowded---which it often is in this gym---its very discouraging---I try "not" to exercise here very much----On comparison to the gyms in OC---it is actually "No Comparison"---I would recommend some of the managers --take a trip to the OC gyms.My Best advice is for them to "have their maintenance people check the equipment and all the settings on their equipment" on more then a 1x daily frequency. On a Positive note---everything else seems "clean" --but then again---I never shower there or use the Pool.

The club was very clean. There is plenty of cardio equipment, along with the standard array of weight machines and free weights. One of the fun things is that there are some unique machines I've never seen before: a rope climbing/pulling machine and a stretch cage. The people were very friendly.I've worked out at YMCAs, Lifetimes, Golds, and private clubs all over the world. This place is great.
