First time sign up of my daughter took twice as long as it should have because employee kept stopping and helping other people. Very annoying and taking valuable time from us.

Lied about annual fee even though gym was closed for all those months. In my opinion, we shouldn’t of had to pay it if the gym was closed that whole time or at least cut it in half. When I went to talk about it, I got an attitude the whole time.

Great workout facility - super clean, and not too crowded in the mornings. Free weights up to 120 and barbells up to 60. Great value for the price.

Wonderful service, love the selection of equipment. Really enjoy the 30 minute circuit on my lunch break! Hate that the Fitness equipment only syncs to Apple but not Android to track fitness..j.

It truly is a judgment-free zone! I was soured on gyms because the one I belonged to in the past was a dress-to-impress situation. At Planet Fitness people are there just to workout and to me that’s just fantastic.

Most of us cannot return to the gym because we are COVID high risk. It would have been proper business to send out notifications as to when you were going to start charging people again AND also the 40.00 annual fee. But you expect people to sit around looking at their gym contracts to figure out when their annual fee is due. Wonder how much you made off people with your business negligence. That fee is still pending on my bank account and you couldn't even remove it. You all suck!

Just joined and super excited about the Black Card. I love the TBE and tanning featuresThe machines are up to date and there are plenty of machines to use.Reason for 4 stars - I wish there were more Mirrors in front of the machines and in the stretching rooms. I like to check out my form. Some of the staff could be a little more inviting and friendly.
