I visit many PF locations. I really enjoy this location. Always plenty of equipment. The message rooms are set up in a way to really relax. The price is right. The staff currently here is really friendly.

Went to cancel my membership after nearly 2 years of being a customer only to be greeted by an unwelcoming employee. Then I was informed that I was required to pay for an additional month of service that I would not be able to utilize because I failed to cancel by the 10th of the month. You would think that they would want customers to come back in the future instead of being turned away by a money hungry system.

Worst customer service, not by every employee. But there are a select few that are rude and it makes myself and other members, friends and family members feel extremely uncomfortable in a gym that is a no judgement zone . Other members have mentioned how they do not feel welcome there. For example, when they ask to use the hydro bed for the first time, no one offered the client how to use it. A few other members have mentioned specifically how rude Enjoli is to other members. Other members have witnessed her rudeness to other members. There are a number of members that have mentioned how rude Enjoli and a few others were to them, one being Leslie M. And Jim P (planet fitness members). Both plan to leave reviews.

This is the stupid gym I ever been to. The motto of the company is to cheat the customers. They made it so difficult to cancel the membership and they keep charging you until you do. When you ask them about this, They will refer to the stupidest contract rules only they can understand. They don't have enough equipment to do as well.

I really am disappointed with Planet Fitness. Initially I had left a five star review because the location worked out perfectly and they had all that both my wife and I needed. The issue; however, is after we moved and we needed to cancel our membership. What is the point of paying $20 a month if I'm not going there right? So when we go to make our cancelation they decide that this is a good time to bring out a $30 late fee from March of this year? No emails, no calls, no nothing to notify us that I guess they were having some issue with our bank? We were never late before and didn't realize that this even occurred because we were not notified. Irritating right? What made our experience from bad to worse was the guy handling our cancelation when we voiced our frustration he made a joke out of it and said, "Well if you were at a place like LA Fitness I'm sure they would have had a staff that would have called and let you know. But don't worry after this you won't lose anymore your moneys" (Apparently the word 'money' is not already plural) We would have considered coming back or recommend this place to our friends and family but quite frankly according to their own staff we should go somewhere else. Thanks for the heads up we won't be wasting anymore of our time and "moneys" here.

For some reason planet fitness seems to have a bad reputation as being a gym for people who don't actually work out. However, it is a good clean gym with a lot of equipment and more than most people actually need. So, it's a really great gym.

Great gym and a good environment. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. They have a large selection of machines and there are free weights. The 30 minute complete workout room is my favorite feature.

Super welcoming and everyone that works there is always so friendly! The gym itself is rather new, so the machines are in great condition. It’s a nice size gym with plenty of equipment to go around. Absolutely love it!

Have been a member for a little over a year. I live almost exactly halfway between this location and the one in Fishers. What a difference between the two. I was in the Carmel location two days ago, and noticed a woman on her hands and knees near the entrance to the men's locker room, cleaning. I took a moment to tell her how much I appreciated how clean they keep the gym. I stopped by the front desk and asked for the manager to show my appreciation. The person at the front desk said "our manager is over by the men's locker room entrance, cleaning." Thank you!

Nice clean environment. It’s never been too crowded that you can’t accomplish the goals within your time frame but there is always a steady flow of people. Nice options of equipment and workout platforms. Staff has been nice as well as clientele. Reason for 4 stars is I haven’t used all their services to fairly evaluate overall and I wish their was a larger space for “stretching”.
