This rec center is awesome for basketball, working out, and walking/jogging indoors. They also have some cool events throughout the year.

I love our recreation center! The employees at Farmers Branch Recreation Center are kind and patient and always willing to help. They represent our community well, and I'm proud our city is thoughtful about serving our residents.

The center seems to be going thru financial difficulties: 1. They eliminated the towel service (have to bring your own now).2. They cut on staff upstairs where you could scan your membership card.3. They took away the plastic mats from in front of the showers so now you could possibly slide and fall as you come out of the shower pan with your wet feet!NOT AS CLASSY AS it was for several years. Should we ask for collections to help out?

The cardio and tone class that Brenda teaches in the mornings is seriously the best part of my day! She is the most awesome not only instructor but as a person, she has the most awesome energetic personality .. you cant help but smile when you talk to her .. i change my work schedule so i can attend her class at least twice a week! Love her and her class!
