Rescue Yoga has always been a place where yogis of every level can practice with professional, supportive and accommodating teachers. When COVID-19 hit and everything went virtual, so did Rescue Yoga - in every aspect possible. The instruction & support continued at the same quality as in-house classes. I can't imagine practicing yoga online with anyone other than the team at Rescue Yoga.

From God’s mind, through Jenny’s lips, to my ears, and through my body, the experience of gentle peace is achieved without resistance. I can do this every day with a glad heart. Light finds body and soul at Rescue Yoga Happy Hour. I am glowing.

This is the only yoga studio I’ll ever go to. It’s so comfortable, students are real people with real bodies. Perfect for people who are new to yoga or have been away from it for a while. If you’re interested in yoga but worried that it’s not for you or you won’t “belong,” try Rescue Yoga! They have a deal for new students, 3 weeks of unlimited classes for $39, no commitment necessary
