I know Jenny and although I haven't taken a class from her, I know her heart is in the right place. She started teaching yoga to those who needed healing, or in her words "rescuing". Yoga is a healing modality and I believe this is her intention. People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care, and Jenny sincerely cares for her students! I have been coming to Rescue Yoga for the past two years and I cannot speak highly enough about Jenny and the teachers. They worked with me through a back injury and each teacher has helped me advance at my pace - all the while enabling me to get stronger and better at each pose. They work with each student to help challenge them as well as making sure that each pose is done in a beneficial way. I learn something new from each teacher.

I started going to Rescue Yoga in January of 2010. I became so much stronger and more flexible, but my favorite benefit was the impact the classes have had in decreasing the stress of a high-performance day job.The studio that is relaxed and real. Any preconceived ideas about yoga can be left behind. The classes start where you are and take you from there.

Love this place! I stumbled in with a Groupon, and have taken about 5 classes so far with different instructors, all have been great. Instructors are very clear, patient, funny, and work with different levels of experience/fitness, as well as special needs. Environment is very relaxing & supportive, class offerings are well varied in terms of schedule times as well as content. Look forward to continuing to explore the different types of classes available, as well as getting to meet all of the instructors.
