My daughter started attending this school in October 22. She was really happy and motivated. It took time but she made some progress. Last week after class her coach Lucy told that my daughter did amazing job and if next week she is the same (not better!) she will be graduated for the next level. Today coach Lucy trained other coach. After the class (no graduation!) other coach gave us feedback about something to improve. Now my daughter is not happy and not motivated at all. She was really excited about her graduation and she got nothing. She doesn’t want to swim! Great job, Aqua-tots! If you promise kid to promote then do it. If you may postpone promotion for any reason then do not promise.

One of the best places for kids to learn swimming. I thought this is a corporate and all but they worked with me to accommodate my special needs kid. I mean I did not expect that. They worked through their schedule to find a spot when it was very tough with their schedule. And they were very polite and courteous as well when I had to deal with a situation in their. All in all it's great work. And the course instructor, they were very patient in teaching the kid. Lucky to have a facility like this in our area.

- This swimming class is supposed to be for kids, however, the coaches are not properly trained to work with kids. The guidance/instructions given to kids are very minimum. The kids are expected to follow instructions precisely and there is no alternate method.- Two simultaneous sessions on either end of a lane give students just about 6-8 ft of length to swim. It is extremely less to practice a stroke as it would give them space for two strokes only. So, in a 30 min session with a 1/4 coach-to-student ratio, a kid will get 3 or 4 chances to actually swim which are about 6-8 strokes, based on which they evaluate and teach.- The coaches are mostly just observers with a reference card to go by but not teaching the kids.

In just 2 years my kids learned and progressed many levels

Staff was so welcoming, made my nervous 4 year old feel right at home! Coach is all about “water-safety” (which I love!) but somehow makes it fun (which my boy loves!!)

Only 2 or 3 coaches are good and rest of them are beginners. Classes always get cancelled without any notification even after requesting them to notify us earlier. Coaches keep on rotating every week giving different feedback everytime and making difficult to move to next level. The worst part is group session for 4 kids is 40 mins and this session kid get only max of 5-6 mins of time with the coach. Rest of the time they will be just sitting around.

My 9 years old child had been stayed at the same level without being upgraded higher level for a year. Every time they will give you some reason to refuse to upgrade. Even if the child done well, they still teach you like a beginner because of the change of coach. The new coach did not check the student's learning history before teaching that really can’t help improve the child's level.Avoid This Place!

I am very pleased with the progress my child has made at this school. We have been going to Aqua Tots for a few years and my child loves it. I got to see him practice his breaststroke independently at the pool this week. It was great to see all his hard work being used! Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. Very pleased with our lessons.

Absolute waste of money.Constantly rotating coaches - they have no idea about how the student is progressing. They scam us by updating some stars in a age old website falsifying learning levels just for record keeping.I lost almost 25 sessions because of cancelling due to unavailable coach or false claims of cancellation due to “accident at pool” (same story evry friday evening 7:30pm class)I reached out to corporate office and even the founders of aqua tots (at arizona corp offc), but no one bothers to responds. These people are running a legalized scam.search for a better & regular coach in nearby swimming institutions - atleast a competent coach would know how your kid is progressing and fill the gap with proper assessment & a counter effective plan.

These people are running a big scam. Its a 30min class - 2/3min waste in making student start - 4 student in batch - 7min/studentMy kid attended a year but did not progress on any learning..Absolute 0 progress tracking. No advancement plan or no effort to overcome challenge.Every session has the coach changes and high school untrained kids are recruited as coaches.Absolute waste of money.Stay away from this scam.
