Bad business practice and poor customer service. If you have to enroll your kid then you have to keep calling every week to find out if there is a spot available, Great!! for how long... for ever. Guys, there's something called wait list and use it!!! Please use the technology or piece of paper so that customer doesn't have to keep calling. Decided not to enroll even if there's one spot!!

Have been going for almost 2 years. Classes are mostly all the same, very little variety and change. needed to take a break this summer for our schedules. You must use up all Makeup classes before you can break or you lose them. Called 4 months ago to schedule them and cancel classes. Staff says you cant schedule makeup classes more than 1 week ahead of time, so if you have 6 you have to call every week for 6 weeks.Still have been charged 2 months i have no longer been a member. Keep calling and they say they will refund yet they charged me AGAIN this month. NO ONE there can do anything. only 1 person can help, and they dont call you back. you have to hound people for anyone to help you. Staff has no authority. Time is money and I dont have all the time in the world to get my money back they keep taking.

We have been with them for 1.5 years. They are very professional and their instructors are amazing. My daughter now 6.5 and she is now a great swimmer.

Super clean facility and super friendly staff. The teachers work with the kids without ever having to yell. My son loves it here and has been more excited about swimming since taking lessons at aquatots.Overall it is a very well run program that just works!

I think the reviews here talk about the the initial impression as I was in the same impression when i started my Kid here.. She joined at L4..My Kid Went there for a year and cant swim by herself I wasted almost $1200 for a year every week one class.. the instruction focus on some technique which is even after 1 year My kid cant swim alone. So if you want your kid to have fun in the water you dont need to spend the money..Awful instruction and no goal.. As a parent i only care if my Kid can swim or not and she cant after going there for more than a year..

When my three year old began at Aqua Tots he was very clingy and cried through his entire lessons. His instructor was the perfect balance of patient yet firm and never seemed bothered by this behavior. After a few lessons my son was relaxed and EXCITED to go to swim lessons! He's picked up excellent water safety and swim skills. I can't recommend this place enough!

Our family has been very blessed to have experienced the quality of teaching and facility that Aqua-tots provides. Our two boys have loved going every week. The things they have learned are propelling them toward becoming the swimmers a parent can only hope for. Our boys, in the most random times, share something they have learned from swimming! I love going to watch them as they learn but have a ton of fun at the same time. It's been great getting to know the staff who are always very personable, competent, and engaging. They address you by name and truly make an effort to make you feel like you belong in the Aqua -tots family. Everything about our experience has been positive and I'd encourage anyone looking for a swim program for their kids to at least check Aqua-tots out. You wont be disappointed!

My 7 month old had his first water experience at Aqua-Tots in the Cary. We are still currently in classes and I look forward to each one! We walk in to a nice facility, clean pool, & welcoming staff. The water is warm and the instructors are knowledgeable. We started my baby young, so I was a little nervous about taking him underwater, but the instructor was so helpful and made me feel comfortable through each step.

We took our kids ages 5, 4, 3 and 1 to swim lessons at Aqua-Tots. The oldest two had minimal experience (a few lessons last summer, but hadn't had any pool time to speak of since then) and the youngest two had no experience at all. The oldest three are now able to swim and float after only 8 lessons! This is amazing! The baby has learned to be able to go under without getting a mouth full of water as well as to turn around instantly and grab the wall and climb out, in case she ever fell in.I am SO thankful to Aqua-Tots for giving my kids such a great introduction to water safety and swimming. Thanks to Aqua-Tots, I'm much more comfortable with the idea of having my kids around water this summer, and I look forward to getting them even more familiar with the water and become even better swimmers over the next few months.
