I love this place so much I joined with the unlimited membership! The front desk staff are super welcoming and helpful. All of the instructors are great. I really love Danni, Courtney, Dakota, and Abbey! I love Cycle Bar because it’s just as fun as it is challenging. I leave better and stronger than I came in every time. Take a class here! You will love it too!

Cyclebar is going to be a life-long committed place for me to work out now. I’m usually a runner, but after going to cyclebar, I now have another alternative to get my cardio in. Such a beautifully, clean space and a lovely staff. Everyone’s really nice and kind. Super helpful for such a newbie. My first ride this morning was so much fun, I’m going back this evening. 10 outta 5 stars.

I joined CYCLEBAR in West Cary, NC on my birthday back in March of this year. I have enjoyed the classes and the instructors are great. I recently started a new job and need to change my membership from 8 classes a month to 4 classes a month. I have been trying to contact the studio since Friday, July 14th. I have sent a total of 6 or 7 emails to both the General Manager's inbox and the studio's inbox. I have not received an email response from anyone. I have called the studio multiple times a day only for the phone to go straight to voicemail. And of course, the voicemail box is full! The studio has attempted to charge me for the membership tier I no longer want. I contacted them prior to my renewal date. I had to get my sister to find and DM them on Instagram to get a response. I was told someone would contact me today July 24th only for them to DM my sister and state my account is being sent to collections. Management is highly unprofessional and doesn't seem to care about its clients once you have been locked into a contract. At this point, I don't even want to return to the studio at all. Writing this in hopes that someone will actually reach out instead of sending passive aggressive messages on Instagram. A business should be reachable by phone or email. Customers should not have to reach out via social media. I have contacted the owner of the franchise as instructed to do so in the instagram message. The instructors are great. Possibly by credits through Class Pass so you don't have to deal with the employees that are responsible for billing at this location.
