There is a definite reason why Chris has a five star rating. He is an expert in his field and sets his clients up for high levels of success. After witnessing my wife transform her body while working with Chris I made the decision to sign up for personal training. That has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. By following his goal specific nutritional advice and working out with Chris I have seen a tremendous change in my body.Similar to many of other Isotolpers I have tried many different approaches to exercise and fitness over the years, but I have not gotten results anywhere close to what Chris has helped me achieve. I really appreciate the fact that he uses pictures (before, progress, and after) to help you see that his program and your hard work are changing your body.I do some of the specialty classes offered at Isotolp. Every single person that I have met and worked out with at Isotolp is positive and encouraging. It is a great group of people to be around as we all strive for improved fitness.Finally, I have to reiterate the results that Chris has helped me attain. I am back to a 32" waist (first time since college). I have been able to drop fat and add muscle at the same time. My wife says I look the best I have in the 15 years we have been together. I feel great and if you make the decision to work out with Chris and follow his lead I guarantee that you will too.

I started with Isotolp fitness in January 2018 after I found myself plateauing in my fitness and weight loss goals. My wife had been going to Chris for a couple months at that time and turned her "Mom bod" into a chiseled 6 pack. After witnessing her transformation, I knew that I wanted something more for myself. In only 2 months of one on one personal training sessions (2 x per week) and following a personalized meal plan made by Chris, I was able to shred over 20 lbs and lose countless inches of fat. I am continuing to work with Chris and he has adapted my plan along the way. Together, we have big goals for myself and I know it is possible because he believes in me.The difference between Chris and any other gym or personal trainer is that he creates an individualized plan that is made for only YOU! He has over 20 years experience in the field. Take a look at the man. He is a fine chiseled machine that only the likes of Michelangelo could create!I feel like a new man. I have an incredible amount of energy and confidence in only two short months. PLEASE, stop wasting your time and money with other gyms and personal trainers. I have been a loyal member for many years now and can’t say enough amazing things about Isotolp fitness. I have never belonged to a gym before where you felt like family walking through the door. The amount of motivation and support you get from your peers and Chris is one of a kind. His classes and nutrition plans are uniquely designed to get you results and they do!!! No matter what your fitness level there is a class for you and plenty of people to give you the support you no matter where you with your faintness goals!! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Isotolp Fitness for over six years. Best decision I ever made. I cannot recommend Isotolp Fitness enough. The trainer, Chris Tolp is an expert in his field, with his spot-on nutrition plans, information, support and work-outs geared appropriately for our individual levels and needs. I was gone from the area for about 10 mos, and upon my return, I immediately signed up at Isotolp Fitness again. Feeling like I was starting from scratch, I appreciated the encouragement of my IsoPals and Mr. Tolp's guidance.... and now, at 61.5 years of age, and after just a few months of consistency, I feel stronger than before. The community he creates at Isotolp is priceless. There is no way you could go wrong with a community like this. I am stronger, faster, younger and happier because of it. Try it... you will NOT regret it.

I've been attending Isoltop for the better part of 5+ years. I think this longevity speaks to the ever-changing dynamics of the classes. Chris Tolp is a trainer that creates classes that are challenging, but allow everyone to feel successful. I've never gotten bored in class, and always feel like my body responds better to the demands I put on in in other activities, but especially in running. In addition to the "dynamic human" classes (i.e. you're going to tackle every major muscle group in class), he also offers specialty classes like ab lab, HIITs, and an arm focused workout. It has been great to have small classes and a trainer who genuinely cares about his clients by making the relationship always feel 50/50.

Isotolp Fitness is a privately owned studio run by Chis Tolp who is a highly accomplished and talented trainer. Apart from personal training and nutrition consultations, Chris offers boot-camp style classes which include various aspects of core, stability, body-weight, and plyometeric exercises. No two sessions are the same and Chris designs each one of these himself.I have been coming here since 2012 and Chris has not only helped me with my fitness goals but also created a very friendly environment, a place where everyone knows you and motivates you. I've been attending Isotolp classes and doing personal training for about 6 months and have seen a drastic change in my body composition. I have always been a fit person and regularly worked out but never saw a real change in my body. Chris has changed my entire mindset on not only fitness but also nutrition and I am finally seeing the changes in myself that I have been so longing for. The workouts, relationships with the other isotolpers and moral support that everyone offers, along with Chris's no holds back opinions, have caused me to cancel my other gym memberships and I can't see myself looking back! I can't say enough good things about my experience so far.
