Isotolp has become an important part of my fitness routine - which has helped me become a lean, fit, and faster runner. For nearly 6 years, I've regularly attended dynamic human classes - and I have never been bored or wished class would pass more quickly. Chris is an expert and a true professional who has always supported me in my individual fitness goals.

By far the best every day person's bootcamp. Best trainer ever. Chris is awesome and works with you on your fitness. Its not your normal drill Sergeant bootcamp. Chris really cares about your health and works around any issues you might have. Oh, and no mirrors! Love this place and have been going to Chris for over 3 years now.

I'm a firm believer that results create value. At Isotolp, I've not only found results, but also a family to help me achieve and sustain them. Chris is an intelligent trainer. He understands the mechanics of the human body and trains in such a way to achieve maximum results without the bull-headed, "The more you hurt, the better you've done" mentality. I tried to sustain my results on my own outside of Isotolp and nothing could compare. I happily will be a client of Isotolp as long as I am physically in the same area.

I have been going to Isotolp Fitness now for over 2 years which says alot because I am not a "gym" person but this is so much more than that. The classes Chris does are amazing, there are multiple levels & class times that can accomodate anyone's schedule. It's more than classes as well , he also offers meal planning, personal training, sports stretches & more. Chris knows what works & he is a trainer who doesn't just talk the talk but leads by example. I highly recommend Isotolp Fitness for anyone looking to change their lives for the better!

I began working with Chris at Isotolp Fitness through his online program. To be honest, I was skeptical about whether it would really work for me because how would someone who was over 600 miles away be able help me lose weight and get fit? I mean, how would he really know what I was doing? Trust me....he always knew. ;) Of course I kept him up to date about what I was doing, but soon my results spoke for themselves. I have never been so happy to be wrong. Not only did it work, but Chris always seemed to know (even before I did) what would be most helpful and challenging not only with workouts but also nutrition. He helped me get into the best shape of my life, before we even met in person. Through a series of personal events, we ended up moving locally so I am fortunate enough to attend a variety of classes that are always challenging and fun. I have also done some personal training and am now part of a small group personal training. I have learned to challenge previous limits and have accomplished things I never thought possible. Signing up with Isotolp Fitness has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Our Trainer, Chris designs sessions to hit every muscle group of our body with strengthening and cardiovascular training. He allows us to attend unlimited classes within our fitness levels. When it comes to his fitness programs, his creativity and innovation is endless. As a 61 year old woman, I have thoroughly enjoyed his program for the past 4 years. During that time, Chris has helped me become healthier, and I am in much better condition than my previous 10 years. His positive and friendly environment made me feel welcomed from the first day and the studio is very clean and neat. I am impressed by the fact that Chris is not only a certified trainer, he lives up to what he advises for all of us concerning nutrition, physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. He walks the walk and is an excellent role model for all of us.

Joining Isotolp Fitness has been the best decision I have ever made for my fitness and overall total health. The Dynamic Human classes are fun and effective. They change throughout the week which keeps things fresh and exciting. There are several class times making it easy to fit in a workout for those busy with work and life schedules. Small class sizes ensure that you are not just a number in a huge group class but an individual working toward the same goals as everyone else. Chris offers so many other fitness programs such as small group training, personal training, ab/core classes, nutrition planning, and sports stretching to name a few truly making Isotolp Fitness the complete fitness studio. Chris is not the type of trainer to stand over you, yell, or be intimidating in any way. He ensures that exercises are done properly while being friendly, fun, and supportive to help you get the most out of your workout.I am a runner and when I initially joined I told Chris I wanted to improve my running. At that time, I had run 5Ks and one half marathon. His exact words were, "My classes will make you a stronger runner". He was absolutely right! In two years, I have dropped 20+ pounds, increased my running pace, and run my first full marathon which I would never have been able to do on my own. I look and feel healthier, sleep better, and overall just feel good. Plus, my kids see me working hard which teaches them the importance of health and fitness. Now it takes work, but Isotolp Fitness has a vibe that makes you want to work harder. Fellow members are encouraging and supportive which is rare from my experience. Chris Tolp is the real deal when it comes to highly effective trainers and will help guide you towards your personal goals.
