55lbs down!!!!!This training program has truly been a blessing. I’ve always struggled with weight loss and have had many personal trainers throughout the years. Two years postpartum and I decided to give Jae a try. He provided nutritional counseling and assigned me to Mell as personal trainer. He is a beast! Its been six months- I look good and I feel even better!!

Jae is one the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.
