I have been training with Jae since September of 2019. A lot of work is packed into 30 minutes. Training with Jae not only provides you with the tools you need to work out and for your workouts to be effective, but he also provides knowledge about your body and how everything works together. Jae provides you with information that you can use everyday to continue to improve your health and those around you. I highly recommend training with Jae for anyone that is looking to break out of their normal routine and achieve long lasting results.

Jae’s ability to transform a person is phenomenal and not just the physical. My teen age daughter is changing right before my eyes. She’s doing more in one week than I’ve been able to get her to do in the past few years!! She’s feeling real good about herself and her life... what more can a mom asks for?! Working with Jae helped boost my confidence and believe in myself. Training your body doesn't take just dedication, you have to have time (at least 30mins a day) to work on yourself and discipline. The word Discipline is easy to say, but in our day to day activity there’s so many temptation that can ruin our motivation. He helped me to plan my diet, how I can start my morning and end my day with healthy nutrition. He suggested taking fruits and nuts daily and avoid dairy, it might sound simple. But again, once I started implementing and following his advice, I saw big results from my energy level and gradually into body result. We train 30 minutes a day depending on your work schedule, you’ll have one an one evaluation with him, whats your body goals and how to achieve it. I love that he incorporate boxing in between our session that helped me sharpen my mind and stay aware with my surrounding. We split our training focusing in different areas of our muscle, he showed me proper way to do certain exercises to activate your muscle and how to avoid injury. He always remind me “Mind and Body Connection”, and it works!!! In 3 months, I started to feel the results in my body, muscles that I’ve never thought I’ll be able to train it. I saw changes in my muscle tonality and overall my perspective in healthy eating. Big Thanks Jae!!!! I highly recommend training with him, he’s very informative and experienced trainer, he won’t fail you!

Jay is a great coach and a great guy, he knows what he does and will not let you give up. He will always encourages you to achieve your goals. Don’t waste your time and money going with those personal trainers with the big belly ( sad but true ).

J is the best! I have used personal trainers before but have never experienced the kind of results before that I have with Jay. He mixes up the workouts so you never get bored, and individualized your workouts to your needs- physically and mentally. Can not recommend J more highly
