Good gym, but they don't fix some of their equipment when it breaks. One of the stair machines has been "Temporarily out of service" for the last 4 months and there is usually a line of people trying to use the remaining one.

I've been to a ton of gyms. But Planet Fitness is awsome. Free weights, new machines a great staff. Plus free tanning, hydro beds and much more. Plus you can't beat the price. Give it a go you'll love it.

I’ve been to this particular gym for three days straight. The equipment is more up-to-date compared to some of the other planet fitness I’ve been. The staff here are more attentive and I really enjoy the energy that it produces not only serving me but the area, surrounding area of Cary North Carolina. Great job planet fitness of Cary!!

Places very clean and safe to leave your stuff in the lockers unlike some other locations I've experienced in the Triangle. They're actually workers with cleaning carts going around and cleaning the building. Locker rooms are impeccable and it doesn't smell when you walk in the building in any form or fashion but clean. And the attendance at the desk do not tell you to make sure you lock up your stuff if you leave anything in the locker room. Unlike some other spots I've been to in the triangle area. This will definitely be my go-to planet Fitness spot.They also have excellent equipment. Smooth and hits all angles of each muscle.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat. Locker rooms and showers are spotless. There's absolutely nothing to not like about this place. Always get the machines I'm interested in. Whole family loves to workout here!

Staff is very friendly and professional. They make sure to inform everyone of sanitary regulations and all are required to wear mask at all times. Including while using machines. I appreciate them taking the time to wipe down all machines, to make sure everyone feels safe.

Cary, NC Planet Fitness is well equipped and very clean. Nick at the front desk helped us with our day pass. He was friendly, welcoming, informational, and accommodating. You could feel the southern hospitality. Thank you!

Lost my wallet here during a trial pass. Jacob and Aaron at the front desk found a way to reach out to me and held onto it until I could get it, so you can tell Its a great community with honest staff. Started a membership and I like the abundance of machine and equipment. Only downside is like all planet fitnesses, there aren’t any free weight barbells

They have the machines I need and have a good amount of space. Covid-19 safety protocols are enforced. Open 24/7, so I can workout anytime.Don't like the small water volume in the men's room sinks, The trickle of water does not encourage good hand-washing.

This has been my home gym since I joined PF. I love working out there. Always clean and the staff is always friendly. My only wish is that they soon return to 24 hours, due to my work schedule I have to rush to get there in time to get a workout in. Other than that I have no complaints.
