We love this place but we especially love Josh R! He has been there every time we've done open gym during the day and he is so great with my 3 daughters! He coaches and encourages my girls to try things they have never done before and when they accomplish it, I can see their confidence boost automatically. We've been to the one in Apex as well, but whenever I ask which one they want to go to, they always choose fuquay, hoping Josh will be there. Great place to watch your kids' confidence grow!

My 4.5 year old son just started their mini ninja class and is having so much fun! The instructors are amazing and so good with the kids. I always feel like he is safe but encouraged to try new things and get stronger. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Warrior to any parent looking for their child to build strength, confidence, coordination, discipline and listening skills.

My daughter really enjoys Rock Solid Warrior for track out camp. The equipment and programming is great, as are the coaches who are playful and engaging with the kids. My daughter came home each day with lots of drawings that she did with Coach Riley during their quiet time. As a parent, I love the camp timing (so many end early), as well as the ability to sign up for single days. It’s a regular for us on track out camp rotation.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Ninja class here. The classes are well organized and the kids are learning and constantly moving. She leaves here absolutely exhausted

This place is awesome! The staff is friendly and inviting and they are really good with the kids! They are positive and inspiring and truly making a difference in the lives of all of their "Rock Solid Warriors"!

We love this gym so much! The staff and coaches are great. The obstacles are the best in the area. They host such good competitions. Try them out- you won’t be disappointed!

i'm an adult with disabilities and ended up with a private session with a coach. the facility was fantastic and not crowded and i felt welcomed from the moment i came in. The coach, Jeshuah, was very understanding of my limitations but positive and encouraging of my desire to push and expand my limits. He made it feel like my desire to pursue ninja was not only reasonable but achievable. He paced the session skillfully and i left feeling like i had pushed myself without over doing it. When i'm back in town i will be asking for him again

This place is awesome, I highly recommend. This gym was what got me into sports, and what helped me realize there are other things to do. Ninja's the first sport I've actually liked, so I'm gonna say it right now; give ninja a chance. Rock Solid will change your perspective.

My whole family feels so lucky to have found Rock Solid Warrior. We moved to the area a few months ago and realized it was just down the road from our neighborhood so we gave it a try. The kids leave so proud and tired every time, which is perfect.
