Both of my children (ages 5 and 6.5) have been taking weekly ninja classes for more than a year. They have also done multiple days of ninja camp at Rock Solid. They love walking in and having the coaches know their names. They have grown leaps and bounds both physically and emotionally. They have more confidence in their abilities and they are more willing to take risks. We HIGHLY recommend Rock Solid Warrior camps and classes.

Kids absolutely love this place. Their confidence and upper body strength has improved by leaps and bounds. The camps they offer keep them engaged and they always come home tired. The coaches are very encouraging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rock Solid Warrior camps and facility.

My son LOVED going to Rock Solid Warrior day camp. He met new friends, played lots of his favorite high energy games, and learned some cool ninja warrior moves. The coaches are all really nice and helpful too. I would highly recommend them for a fun day camp!

My son absolutely loves going to their track out camps. When we talk with him about where he wants to go he always asks for Rock Solid first for every track out! He talks about the friends he made while there and always comes back home happy and pretty worn out. 😉 I would recommend this place for any parent wanting a great place for their kid to track out at!

My daughter spent a few days at Rock Solid previously and begged to go back. She is finishing her first full week of Track Out camp and we are very pleased. The staff is courteous and responsive. My daughter is gaining confidence and leaning lessons about respect. I highly recommend and we will be coming back for future camps!

We love Rock Solid Warrior’s day camps for our 7- and 10-year-old boys! The staff is friendly, the gym is very clean, and the array of equipment is just awesome. Fitness challenges for kids and adults including warped walls, climbing walls and all types of ninja obstacles. If you’re looking for unique, indoor fun in south Wake, this is the place to go!

We just celebrated my sons 7th Birthday here last weekend! It was a great experience for the adults & Especially the kids, we loved it!! The party was fun and easy, they handle everything from set up to clean up! Natalie & Hope were awesome to work with during and leading up to the party! I highly recommend Rock Solid Warrior for Parties or just a great family outing! We will be back!!

Very fun, but would not see myself going again as it’s not much of a training facility in the rock climbing department.It needs a small campus board, a few finger boards, and a handful of weights and it’ll be set. Climbs were pretty solid, more would be cool.

Definitely recommend this place for track out camp! Our boys (7 & 10) have attended a few week-long sessions & are constantly asking to go back. Wonderful staff & a truly adventurous work-out!
