My son just had his first track out. (Kindergarten) He was so skeptical about going to a full day of camp there but when I picked him up at the end of the first day he said he loved it. I then told him that he was only signed up for 4 more days and every day he worried that Friday would come quick. From now on, this will be our track out place. =)

We took 5 of our grandchildren for an open gym, ranging in age from 5 to 11. Only one had ever been to anything like this. They all had a great time and the coaches were friendly, helpful and so very kind. I highly recommend!

Great gym, great people, very community-focused. This is seriously one of the top 5 ninja warrior gyms in the country. You absolutely have to go to Rock Solid if you want to be active and fit or want that for your kids.

My 6 year old son loves going to Rock Solid for day camps during his track outs! He enjoys playing organized games with the other children, learning new strength training exercises and the character lessons each day! I highly recommend this place!

We had a great time with a group of young men in our Truth In Nature - Apex Chapter at Rock Solid Warrior! We reserved the place for 2 hours and were able to spend some good quality time with these young men and enjoy some new and exciting challenges at the same time. The staff was great and very accommodating! Everyone in our party was engaged and enjoyed their time at RSW! We look forward to coming back and trying more challenges and obstacles in the future!

My kids love coming to day camp at Rock Solid. It is by far their favorite camp to attend. They look forward to attending and always ask when they get to come back next. The staff are so friendly and my kids enjoy being around there with them.

I took my 2 boys (age 6 and 11) to open gym and had a blast. The staff was fantastic. They gave basic safety instruction then let us go and try things out. They were available at all times in case we had a question. Both my boys asked to go back and one even asked to have his birthday party there. I was sore the next day...but in a good way.

The staff was amazing! We had a private coach for my 2 nephews and it was well worth the money. Definitely bringing them back!!

Jude loved his #trackout #summercamp #daycamp at #RockSolidWarrior in #FuquayVarina. He had fun, got a 3rd prize ribbon during a race, got a cool pop it toy, and was worn out from running around all day. He cannot wait to go back!

My family of 6 went here for the first time during open gym last weekend (first time on the house so check it out). This is a great place for ages 4 and up. My kids and I were having a great time trying new strength obstacles. Coaches looked to be very helpful. The business seemed to be Christian-owned and very involved in helping the community. Go support them! I know we will.
