Laura is truly amazing! She works with your schedule, will come to you if you need her too, and has so many different exercise ideas; I never got bored with my workout. I only did cardio before her but, honestly, I was in so much better shape when she trained me 3x week. She's friendly yet professional and I enjoyed our time together.

I have been training with Laura for half a year now. Laura stays in touch, is always flexible with my schedule when I need to make changes, and is always on time. She has a positive attitude and works hard to make working out "fun." I enjoy seeing how she will challenge me with each new workout and have loved working out with her each week! It is very motivating to have someone to encourage me to stay in shape!
