My husband and I recenlty joined this gym. The biggest problem I have is it is filthy! I have never seen a gym this dirty. The restrooms and locker rooms are never clean and smell horrible. The floors are not swept or mopped, and the trash is over flowing. I never see employees cleaning any of the equipment or cleaning anthing for that matter. I bring my own cleaning rag to wipe equipment down before and after use. The paper towels that are provided for cleaning equipment are cheap and tear apart. I really hope the management will make some changes to reslove the this. This location coul be a great place with a bit of TLC.

No loyalty to long term members. Never going to support this business. Locker rooms stink, equipment constantly out of service.

Used to be a decent gym but the staff has stopped caring entirely about cleanliness. Seriously nothing is ever cleaned by staff -- men will notice the layer of caked-on urine in the urinals when having a pee for example. Has become a bottom-tier gym in the area.

I have been to a few 24 Hour Fitnesses and not until I started coming here did I really reach my goals. Joey, the Fitness Manager changed my life forever. I was bearly lifting weights until I met him and now I crush weights! If you want to reach your fitness goals or even just meet a great, helpful buddy, go to this club and ask for Joey.

Joe deserves 5 stars because he is the most knowledgeable Manager (at 6830 east county line) that I have seen at 24 hour fitness in my 23 years of membership

This gym is great it holds to the standard of the brand. Personally I just think that the poolside area including the sauna tiles and pool floor need some detail cleaning along with other things. But besides that staff equipment etc are all good!

Good equipment, facilities and lots of room during the holidays and peak Covid. There aren’t too many of us wearing masks so be warned.

The girl up front wa really sweet and helpful with our memberships. She also gave us a few spots to check out to get boots as we were new in town.

The overnight guy who answered the phone was so ignorant he couldn't even tell me where he was and where the Club was located other than Highlands Ranc, Colorado. When I asked him how could he not know where he is he snapped and said With my mouth! and hung up This entire company is nose-diving quickly.

One of my favorite 24HR Fitness gyms in the greater Denver area, this gym is bright, clean, and has newer equipment. The men's locker room is big and spread out. This location has an Olympic size pool, hot tub, a dry sauna and a steam room. If you like basketball, it has a huge court. Oh, there's a racketball court upstairs too.
