I signed up for personal training at this club. Xavier is my trainer. I have now been doing this for about 45 days, and the difference in workout quality has been incredible. I personally want to give a shout out to my trainer Xavier. He has been awesome. Always considering my goals. My goals were to be in better shape and lose a little weight. Both missions FULLY accomplished. I will continue to train with him at this club.

I was denied access to the club because I have had a membership 4 years ago. They would not let me use a free trial because of this despite the website explicitly stating that the free trial was valid as long as you haven’t been a member in the last 6 months. As a result I wasn’t able to try out the club and potentially buy a membership there. Very disappointed with my customer experience. I’ve had much better experiences at Chuze Fitness. Consider that gym far before this one.

This place smells like urine and body odor. This is normal for all 24 fitness locations. Water stations are so crusty with stains that it's not even usable.Don't fall for the 25 dollar monthly dues..This place is absolutely nasty!

And we're done. For years rates went up, the service got worse, the locker rooms got grosser, and equipment remained broken for weeks, sometimes months. There's still a broken urinal here that was out of service over a year ago. But today was the last straw. They attempted to double bill my membership (thankfully my card was locked) and their call centers are no longer open for me to ask anyone what happened? Only option is to use the online "Contact Us" form? Nope. Done. I'll be taking a friend's advice and checking out Chuze.24 Hour Fitness has been in overall decline for years now. They reaped huge membership fees while investing practically nothing back into their facilities. Off the monthly membership of the people in the gym at this very moment they could afford to replace their busted equipment, but they don't. They slap an "out of service" sign on and just leave it to rot. It's time to get off the ship before it goes down entirely.Edit: I called the local club about this. After 3 attempts where option 7 to reach club staff resulted in the call immediately dropping, I finally got ahold of a manager. They do not handle billing over the phone. They will not cancel over the phone. The call centers have been officially shuttered entirely. To cancel I can send an email that I can only hope is ever read and addressed, or I have to go in person to cancel. This is horrible! For reference I've done a free day trip to Chuze and it was fantastic. Didn't see a single broken thing, staff were super friendly and helpful, and absolutely everything so far has been incredibly easy. Polar opposite of 24.

Most Employees have social hour, while guest are exposed to dangerous conditions such as the steam room being a very high temperature because the steam does mot shut off like it should. After reporting this problem yesterday it was still like this today. Something is also broken. The locker rooms and pool are always very dirty and today had a very strong sewer smell. It is not a safe place to get a membership!!!

An average club at best. Convenient location consisting of a mostly middle-aged population so you won’t see a lot of bro science dudes or meat heads. That’s the positive and the main reason the club is not receiving only one star. The negatives consist of the clubs total lack of ability to fix their equipment, some of which has been broken for weeks or months, and an overall quality of service and professionalism which has truly decreased over the years. Management needs to get their act together and figure it the hell out.

This is a great gym and I’m very happy that this is one of the few that’s open 24 hours like the name claims. The reason why I don’t give it 5 stars is because of the restrooms. They have gotten better at keeping them clean, but there are still days that it’s pretty bad, especially over the night shift.

The equipment is great, the areas are clean and they have plenty of space. However, I have had three locks broken or cut off at this gym. They have a serious theft problem. If you work out here, do not take anything of monetary value in with you and leave it in the locker room. Eventually, it will taken.

Definitely one of the better gyms I've been to. More expensive than others but has less people and more hours ensuring you don't have to wait around for a long time if ever. Staff has been very good and helpful. Got a full tour when I first joined along with some extra free days. Tons of space and generally well maintained.

I have been a member at this GYM for years. Ever since the Old GM left this place has gone down hill. But you get what you pay for! Offering a $9 membership. You expect this kind of facility. I still pay full price so I expect simple things like paper towels in the dispensers and toilet paper in the stalls and bathrooms. Today was the topping point on account I had to go all the way down stairs for paper towels and than I used the restroom with no toilet paper. I know this review will get pushed down as you will ask for members and team member to make positive reviews. But all I ask is for my 47.99 I pay a month is to have toilet paper in the bathrooms and the dispensers full.
