Great gym but we now have 5 fully functional bikes (out of 23) in the spin studio. This has been an issue since the pandemic and it’s beyond time to get them working. It’s so frustrating take a spin class with a bike that isn’t functional. Also the ezH20 water dispensers need serviced. The spouts are full of lime buildup and hardly work, spray more on the walls then in your water bottle and are very slow due to the pulled condition. Like the bikes, this has been this way for way too long. Instructors are all top notch, staff is good and it’s a clean gym but busy.

It presents online as a nice gym with great offerings, but I was made well aware that they don’t need or care about new members. The website offers are never accurate to this location as “they’re the busiest gym in the country”. I wanted to add a second gym membership close to home, so I went in to discuss the sale offers online, as none apply automatically as advertised. Not do they clarify which locations they apply to. Three different staff basically shrugged at me with indifference, and just said this location has different (higher) rates. No explanation or even concern for the false advertising, other than how busy they are.So, I said ok and left. Lousy experience in customer service. I’d imagine members aren’t cared about much more…Edit/Update: To the Chuze management: Thank you for the reply to my review on Google. I DID write to Chuze directly, the day this happened...That was at least a couple of weeks before I wrote this review and there was no reply to my experience. This is why I felt a Google review was necessary.

Honestly a really good gym. It's very clean, staff is friendly and the equipment is always in good shape. The biggest drawbacks are:1. The gym is always super crowded no matter the time you go. I usually go during their down times (early afternoon) and I'm still waiting for groups of highschool kids to get off their phones so I can hop on machines. It's a constant struggle.2. Good luck with parking. If you don't time it right you'll be circling the lot hunting for a spot. I've actually given up and driven home a few times because I got tired of waiting for a spot to open up.Before you sign up for a membership definitely do a free session so you can see for yourself how crowded it is.With all that to say I'm relatively happy with my membership but I wish something could be done about those 2 main issues

Pros: Terrific equipment, (most rerack their weights) very clean and a terrific staff.Cons: Kiddie-City. Inherent in an inexpensive gym is the element it attracts; Lots of kids working on their thumbs (phone), totally oblivious to others waiting...

This gym is great! Good set up. Clean. Friendly staff. Watching movies is a huge perk. The kids club for my son is wonderful! I’m so glad I found this gym. Wish I did sooner!

Let me start by saying that the facility, equipment, and staff are great. Truly, this would be an amazing gym if it weren't for one thing:No matter what time of day you go, no matter what time of year, no matter what: it is crowded beyond use. If you want to lift weights, you will stand around and wait for literal hours to get through a single workout. The broccoli haired boys are particularly numerous here, so chest and bicep workouts are essentially out altogether. You are better off finding a gym that isn't full to the seams, where you can actually move through a normal workout in a reasonable amount of time, where exercise is actually possible. Congratulations on the huge success and massive membership, but it's just a bit too much for folks who can't stay for 3-4 hours at a time.
