This club is great! The people are friendly, classes and instructors are amazing! It is really nice to sit in the sauna after a workout, followed by a sit in the massage chairs! Recommend!

Went for the first time today at 7:30 p.m. One of the worst gym experiences I have had in years. They did not have enough benches or free weight areas to workout. I have never been to this gym before and ended up in the circuit area because every lat pull down machine was taken where some woman rudly kicked me off after 20 seconds of being there. I had no idea it was a special area for that. Time wise you can't even show up before 9 to get in the equipment you need to workout. Would definitely recommend another gym where you can go at better times and use the equipment you need. Never go during peak hours after work (this is normal) because you will disappointed and unsatisfied with your workout, and be prepared to workout with potentially rude and entitled individuals. I will give it a few more chances before cancelling completely, but first impression of this gym and culture about a 1/5

I rarely write reviews but I love the people that work at Chuze so much. They always greet my daughter by name and just make both of us so happy and comfortable there. There is no better feeling as a mom than knowing your child is safe and loved in a daycare setting. It allows me to focus on my workout which is such a blessing when you are a mom! We love Chuze HR!

Men's locker room floor is always wet with pool bathers coming in and leaving benches and floor sopping wet. Really pretty disgusting if you come in and want to change from street to gym clothes. Nothing like accidentally sitting in a puddle or stepping with sock feet on a wet floor. There's a sign near the showers that says everyone should conserve water. But the showers never shut off properly and are always dripping streams (not dribbles) of water, probably wasting hundreds of gallons a day. Some maintenance is well overdue here as this is a persistent problem. They could also use a cell phone bench or benches, so people don't camp out on machines using their cell phone and not exercising, and you have to wait, wait, wait unless you are willing to ask them if they are done, which is not always pleasant. But the folks who work there are very nice and helpful, they get 5 stars. The rest needs improvement.

Friendly people, great classes, clean facility with lots of amenities (pool, sauna, hot tub). If you forgot your headphones, workout gloves, deodorant, Etc, they have it in a vending machine in the bathroom. Not super overpriced either.

This place is a joke. Dam 24 Hr Fitness for leaving this area. This is a teeny bopper hang out with disrespectful punks (including the girls) who are there to do a set or two while making goo goo eyes at each other. The bathrooms are FILTHY and the sinks are literally the worst I’ve ever seen in a gym. They’re always broken and out of soap. And in the Covid era you’d think they’d even be touch less. If I could give zero stars I would. So frustrating…. Response to Chuze response: clean the bathrooms, keep the soap dispensers full, and replace the sinks. Again, in the Covid era the idea is to move to touch less yet I have to tap the sink about 5 times to wash my hands. And if you had people to monitor the floor you could address the loitering. That is your responsibility, not the patrons’.
