Facility is super clean and great equipment, staff needs to be trained better on what customer service looks like for paying members. They’re not very friendly. Customer service should be priority.

The gym itself is great, clean, organized, plentiful equipment both cardio and strength wise. Courteous lifters.The staff, however, is next to useless - inattentive, poorly trained, and lacking knowledge. If you know what you're doing, go for it; if you're looking for help on your journey, run far away.

Great location if you live in this area. This location has the best equipment all around you easy access and kept clean. Except getting to the girls locker room or that far left side because there is a punching bag and a walk track that makes it awkward and rude that people are constantly having to stop their workout or you having to wait to get by it’s just cluttered on both sides to get through is best to describe. This gym should definitely invest in a sauna/steam and tanning if you’re going to pay for the vip membership.

Relatively new to the area and just an open, spacious, easy spot to hit allll ma gym needs. Helpful staff and something about Vasa vibes / ambience just feels welcoming
