Lucas’s massage skills are excellent as well as his willingness to meet my needs. He was able to relieve some of my muscle aches and stress the very first session. He listened to my concerns and was able to identify what needed to be done to address those issues. He continues to work on needed areas and has been successful at bringing me closer to healing and relaxation of my body. My shoulder pain has left and he continues to work on my back issues.

I went to Lucas with some pain in the back of my leg due the running and exercises routine and he was extremely attentive in listening to what I felt and worked with focus to help me, I really liked it. I will definitely return.

I was happy I came here for a deep tissue massage to tackle lower back stiffness, tight hamstrings and poor posture. Given his background as a personal trainer, it was clear during the session that Lucas has a strong knowledge of how strains affect the body because he has an almost surgical precision for finding tension points. Plus, he is very accommodating -- I was asked if I wanted the pressure or focal areas to be adjusted, and Lucas is receptive to requests that personalize the session to your needs. Though I have not had a personal training session here, I'm certain that these qualities are also shared in that portion of Lucas's practice.I'd recommend this place whether your goal is relaxation, relief or coaching. I especially urge those who are consistently physically active but hesitant towards massages to try a session. I used to think that massages were too self-indulgent to be actually helpful, but Lucas's practice is a great example of how it can be both a time for you to unwind and a treatment that complements an active lifestyle.

The main reason that I selected this company for massage therapy was due to the ease of using its website to book an appointment. The website also supplies good information regarding what to expect during a massage therapy session. This aspect was important to me because this was my first session.I was highly satisfied with my first session. Lucas excels at listening to his customers' needs and meeting these needs. He is also highly respectful, considerate, and professional.The music that Lucas had playing during my session was a sequence of classical songs which transitioned smoothly from one song to the next. I felt that this music was perfect for accentuating the relaxing nature of the session.

Lucas was very professional and did a great job on the massage. He asked for details of what I'd like out of the massage and totally worked out all of my knots. The studio he works out of is a lovely location and quite comfortable as well.
