I'm back in the gym with caution. So far so good! The staff was constantly cleaning and everyone was wiping down the equipment after use.

Pretty clean environment. I went in and did my workout and left. Friendly employees. A lot of equipment. I would recommend if you are looking for a good gym to go to.

My first experience at this gym and it was great! Although I wish I got more privacy for the hydromassage, I had a great post-workout recovery.

Planet Fitness is conveniently located on the west side of Champaign. Staff who work there are friendly and helpful. They're striving to keep the gym very clean and open during this sometimes difficult COVID era! And you can't beat the base price of $10/month!

This is one of the best gyms I have been too. The staff keeps the building, the machines and the changing rooms very clean. And a thank you to them for this.Very large gym so there is room to get a good workout in even during the busy hours. The upgrade to the black card is well worth it for the tanning, hydro and chair massages.

I deliver to 48 states. And when I in Champaign this location is my home gym. Awesome staffing, clean facility and perfect parking space for trucks. Best part surrounded with everything you need. I marked so many awesome planet Fitness around the US. This one is one of them..I highly recommend this planet to anyone who's In Champaign who wanted to start a Fitness journey or just wanted to stay healthy 💯💪so as my Trucker Brothers and sister 🤙

Update: This Facility now has reduced hours, opening at 6AM on Saturdays and Sundays…days when many wish to get in earlier than 6AM to complete their workouts before the weekend crowds. Original review: I have been a member at this location for 9 weeks and love it! This staff is wonderful and all smiles, and they work hard to keep the place tidy, walking around to wipe down machines on a routine basis. Even the glass on the entrance and exit doors are clean (a true sign to look for anywhere). The other exercisers are courteous and quiet (not a lot of chit-chat amongst members). The temperature is 67F in this PF, which is a touch warm if you are on the ellipticals or treadmills, so dress accordingly. Adore the fact that there is so much cardio equipment here, never a wait for a cardio machine. If I had to niggle, I'd say the overhead music is too loud...I notice that 95%+ of everyone there has headphones with their own music, so no reason for overhead music so loud it bleeds into our personal headphones--ugh!. I enjoy the many TV sets in front of the cardio equipment. All-in-all, highly recommended. I've been to 3 other Chicagoland PF locations in the past, and none were as new, clean, and nice at this one in Champaign. I'm an avid runner and have told all my running club friends about this location.

I had to go back and forth with them for several months to fully cancel my membership and get reimbursed. According to them their black card membership doesn't really guarantee entree to all planet fitness clubs.

Great location. Love coming back here. Huge parking right off I 57. Nice and friendly staff. Clean. Black card zone little outdated and needs to be refreshed by newer generation equipment.

It's the right place to workout with feeling you're being judged or glared out for being older or wider or whatever.Most importantly I observe common acts of consideration, respect and kindness on a regular basis. It's good people there to do what they need to do.Staff is always great, never a poor experience working out here.
