Clean, and the staff are friendly, but I went to check it out at a nonbusy time and benches were already scarce. But $20 to evaluate for one workout is steep. I don't do auto billing for anything and they wouldn't let me prepay in cash for a year of membership. Bottom line is it's about the hustle and getting your bank info, not about fitness.

Barnone this is the best gym in the United States today. I love the policy and the genuineness that the staff have of keeping and maintaining the policy of treating each other with respect and kindness. You've got state-of-the-art equipment and an excellent feel of the gym. I couldn't possibly ask for more amenities or a better environment. Working out is what I would assume most of our Lives when we go over there it's a big part of our lives and it's refreshing to know that the place and its continual growth as well as the staff and the community work in unison together to further improve and increase the quality of every experience we have while working out.

This gym is always well lit, clean, and a comfortable place for anyone to work out in. I enjoy being a black card member so I can bring a friend with me each time and have access to unlimited massage chairs and tanning. The staff is always friendly. I love how un-intimidating they've made the experience of going to a gym. People of all body types and fitness levels all together in the same space.

This is one of the best gyms I have been a member of. They have a very spacious, clean environment with excellent staff. I would highly recommend the Black Card membership to take full advantage of all Planet Fitness has to offer. Besides, their best membership is still less expensive than a standard one anywhere else.

Planet fitness is always a great place to work out. I feel comfortable exercising on all the equipment and the facility is always clean and fresh!

I come here 5 days a week and it's more so than not that something is broken. Today 6/12 tvs are down, the wifi is not working and one out two water fountains is 'out of order'...please...call a guy!!! The gym is full and you have ONE working water fountain...priorities please! Thank you

I just recently joined this gym and I never felt any better about a gym everyone is so friendly and so much room and plenty of machines and it's just a perfect gym to workout at . I love it ! Don't regret signing up one bit! (:

Friendly staff and clean environment to work out in with lots of machines/treadmills/etc... Also they have free pizza every first Monday of the month as a reward.My suggestions are to put some free weight squat racks in (because I hate thoes self spotted ones where you have to have it on a straight line and don't have to balance the weight) and to not have a yearly fee because you advertise "10 bucks a month" but it's actually more than that with the annual fee.

I joined in December, when they have a special deal where you get a full year for $99. Just the basic plan, no extras, but that's all I need. Paid cash, so no credit card problems.They have free pizza (as much as you want) the first Monday night of every month, and free bagels and Panera coffee the second Tuesday morning of every month. Clean up on that stuff and you'll make your $99 back in food!

Place is generally clean. High volume times are pretty crowded, like most gyms. Locker room is small, but usable. Good price point, and for the money you do get a lot of machines, however, the "extras" are going to cost you and will quickly get you into a monthly cost much higher than the $10 advertised price. Typical upselling.My complaints is merely with the customer service. I don't know if I will be living in the area in the coming months, so on October 2nd I called in to see if I could cancel my membership. On October 1st I was billed my yearly fee. I was told I would not be refunded that money, even though I called within 24hrs of receiving that bill. If it was 6 months in to the year, or even two months into the year, I would somewhat understand, as I would have used the service and therefore I expect to pay. But paying a yearly fee for something I obviously will not get any use out of... well, that is poor customer service. Worst part is that I signed my "yearly" contract March 2013, so in fact I was a member for 8 months but paid (in total non-monthly fees*)as if I was a member for 24 months.Now, in the high likelihood that I am in the area and am looking for a gym, I will pass on this one. Not worth dealing with an "average" gym when this is their example of customer service.
