This gym is not clean at all.. it's really sad the amount of dirt you see on each machine. I would not come back

Staff is great which is why I didnt give this location 1 star. Out of all my years being a member this is by far the most crowded location. The inadequacies regarding space and equipment is an embarrassment. You owe your paying customers better. I am looking for an alternative because especially this day and age for a gym to be this cramped and crowded is irresponsible.

If you value customer service👎👎👎👎The manager is very rude asking me to get off the cross trainer while I am working out.The reason being not having primary account holder beside me working out in the gym. Their staff let me in when I came along with my husband, who is the primary account holder. My husband left the gym as he forgot his shoes. Meanwhile, the manager came to me asking about him. Before hearing any explanation, he just wanted me to get off and sit in the waiting area. If their staff had informed me while checking in, I would have left the gym too.The way he treated me looks like I have sneaked into his gym. No wonder that I have seen other bad reviews about Ryan, who is the manager.

The shower/bathroom in the female locker room was filthy. The water in the shower did not drain, the bathroom was wet and there was standing water in there. The dressing room had hair all over the floors, Qtip, and trash everywhere, no chairs in the dressing room. Showers were dirty with hair all on the shower floor. Please fix the female bathroom.

I really like this location the staff is welcoming. The only drawback is the personal trainer for the group classes seems to never be available, at least when I ask. This location is super convenient however, I may have to travel to the S.Tryon for the group fitness classes.

As a truck driver I travel the country and visit planet fitness's all over, this location by far had the dirtiest showers and women's bathroom I have ever seen, they take zero pride in keeping facility clean...the gym was fine, until I had to shower, thankfully I had shower shoes.

Today I went into planet fitness in University city Boulevard. I brought my daughter in with me it’s she didn’t have a ID because she was only 13. I asked the young lady why does she need a ID. she say in case something got stolen And I told her I don’t have anything that anybody needs but she proceeded to tell me that yes other people stuff will get taking. What I took from that was she was trying to tell me that I was gonna be a thief accused of me. But I call other planet fitness. They told me it was liability( hurt) in case something happened. This young lady didn’t tell me anything about liability but accusing me of I might taking somebody else’s stuff . I have never felt so distressed by this young lady.

Very clean, nice equipment set up for easy access, and really liked the 30 minute circuit area. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

I been a member PF for around 15 years. This location at University area is one of the cleanest and well kept location. It can use an update. But I've seen the improvement Ryan the manager has made specially with their super friendly. Awesome job!

I have been visiting this place for several years, different locations, some are very clean and well equipped, others sometimes you have to wait for the machines, the problem is that most of the time there is no paper or windex to clean the machines.
