If I could rate them a ZERO, I would! I have canceled my membership and am still getting charged. I spoke with an associate last week about my account and he confirmed that it was closed. I have logged into my app and my account is closed. He gave me an email address to forward everything to so it could be researched. Guess what?!? I was CHARGED again!! I am beyond frustrated. Don't sign up here. They are shady!!

4 months in at this location and I’ve NEVER seen the women’s restroom and shower area clean. Always a cringeworthy experience using the restroom here. Otherwise, no complaints. Staff are friendly and the actual gym space is well maintained.

If you try to cancel and they say you must sign or fill a form they're lying because the skinhead white guy named Ryan canceled my membership on the spot for "policy violation".The same skinhead white guy wants you to wear a mask to enter even though no mandate from the city or Meck county. Planet Fitness in Kannapolis and Huntersville simply don't care, so it's a "policy" made up only by the people running this place.

Friendly staff and the bathroom changing stalls lock and are spacious. Showers are always clean. I love this location and their equipment.

There are enough equipments to workout here. You can use the crowd meter in their app to make sure you are coming when there are few people. The facility is a big hall with equipment organized in a proper manner.

Great staff. Machines are older but work. The only thing I would like to identify is that they have way too many treadmills & elliptical & not enough stair masters/free weight machines

Staff was nice . It was my first time going to this location and I didn't bring my ID. The manager or clerk at the front allowed me to still workout but just suggested I bring my ID with me next time . Equipment easy to manage.
