As a practitioner of 14+ years, I can tell you: The BJJ here is solid and more importantly, their implementation is on point. This is a group that knows how to train and will inevitably elevate your Jiu-jitsu. I will definitely be dropping in again!

Not happy with how they handle things there. No one talks to you and let's you know what's going on. You are new and in the dark, guessing what to do next. Second... Not one teacher told either of my grandkids their names and they have been 3 times... third.. showed to Friday Not understand everything and with my grandkids whom thought they had class. We sat there for 45 minutes waiting on one person to acknowledge us and no one Not one person asked us why we was there, why my grandkids where dressed for class that's wasn't happening or anything. We walked out and I'm pretty sure we will not be going back. Can't run a business with unfriendly people. But the very first man we met was amazing. What happened to everyone else????

We love Agoge!! They have amazing coaches who aren’t just there to be somewhere. They are patient with the kids and make class fun. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, professional, friendly gym.

Started my journey at 39. A guy I used to work with was one of the regional fighters and between him and another guy they got me to come try it out. I was mainly worried about the ego of people that would be there. Man, I was way off!When you walk into the place you can tell they take pride in their facilities! The place is immaculate! The classes are very well structured. Met the instructor and he was super nice and helpful. My 9yo daughter started 2 weeks after I did. The older kids were so kind and helpful to her! Such a great place to have your kids! They were all super helpful and respectful. She is super shy so I was kinda worried she wouldn’t like it, she was hooked! My wife got into it as well and she loves it! There is an all women’s bjj class and I think that is an amazing option for the women that do t feel comfortable training with men.All in all, this place has been my home for a year now and I really couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. The people and culture is what makes this place stand out! Not to mention we have a UFC fighter here! Great atmosphere to grow and learn. So many classes and knowledgeable coaches. This gym produced a UFC fighter and many competitive fighters. The new strength center is awesome.

It's home away from home the instructors are top-notch he couldn't ask to be taught by anyone better when it comes to mixed martial arts I highly recommend!
