If you are looking for a consistent, accountable trainer, Keith at SPIT is the perfect fit. He is a direct communicator who will get you the results you want.I have been training with Keith for around 7 months now and am stronger, happier and more confident.He ensures your safety and comfort throughout each workout.Keith is knowledgeable and hard working. He understands different body types and their limits and supports your success to reach your goals.I hadn’t stepped inside a gym for years when I first scheduled with him and immediately felt comfortable. He explains different machines and exercises to the level you’re at and meets you where you are.

Some Stats: 59 years old. 18 months with SPIT. 1 major surgery for hernia in the middle of that time. 1 knee injury (not due to working out). 54 lbs lost. Size XXL to size M.I have worked with several personal trainers trying desperately to get in shape in the past. I have joined and quit workout facilities -- tried boot camps and other exercise programs. NOTHING worked. Then, we found Keith.The last 18 months have been literally life-changing. I am in the best shape of my life (short of being a teenager). My body confidence has increased dramatically and this has all been done in an atmosphere where I trust that I won't get hurt.Keith can be blunt for sure. But he is also gentle and really genuine and caring about his clients and his community. I have seen his compassion in action.My results speak for themselves! Keith brings humor, patience, fun, and masterful expertise to an activity I'd previously considered cumbersome, monotonous, and discouraging. He meets you where you are, all the while seeing your potential and encouraging you to realize your own power. Because he brings out the best and strongest in you, both mentally and physically, each session, you see results every time. I can't recommend him and SPIT enough, and you'd be silly not to give him a try!

I can't say enough good things about Keith and Sullivan's Personal Training! My dad and I started working out with Keith about 2 months ago and we've already made big strides toward our goals! He tailors a plan to your individual needs and really encourages you! He's been flexible with our schedule and he makes us laugh while we are there. At someone’s recommendation, my student-athlete daughter and I saw Keith while we were visiting Chattanooga. She wanted strength training tips for crew, and I was looking for help healing from an injury. Keith was super knowledgeable about both areas and very easy to be with.
