Usually a decent location that is not very busy. The machines are brand new equipment. They seem to work most of the time. The weight section is large. The weight section never seems to be too filled when I go.

I like that there is enough machines/equipment. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions. The space is open and welcoming, and the women’s locker room is always clean. I love the hydro massage chairs!

I'd like to start by stating that this gym is a good gym with a regularly great staff.Today, my Guest and I were profiled and harrassed by G***y who seems to find it best to follow my guest to the womens bathroom after to tell my guest she needs to leave. My guest asked why, and G***y informed my guest that there has been recent theft occurrences at the club location, something my guest did not really feel comfortable hearing while standing in a shower stall. Overall G***y made the check-in process a hassle and seemed to suggest my guest might be involved or suspected for possible. This was overall very disrespectful and an apology is due at the least.

Not much to expect from PF but at least the machines should work. Half the time the paper towel dispensers are empty despite a staff of about 5 at the front desk, you often have to switch from machine to machine because the clock stops working randomly and they only have about 5 workout mats here so stretching can be a pain. The only consistent item they keep in stock are the candies at the from desk. Most importantly there is a lack of diverse shows on the tv stations which does not reflect a diverse paying group of customers. Would not recommend if there are other options around. Only here because I’m visiting the area but please invest in a real gym.

It is always SO hot in here. Every time I stop by on my lunch break, I get smacked in the face with warmth and a gym sock smell. This makes it hard to use this location on my lunch break as I have to return back to work. It's too warm all times of the year I've visited winter, spring, summer and fall. Doesn't seem to matter. I said something to the front desk who let me know others have also mentioned this, but there's nothing they could do, temp is set around 75. The locker rooms on the other hand smell amazing and are nice and cool! I just with the rest of the gym reflected that.

Newer, clean, and wonderful staff. Great gym for a good price! Many machines for members! I would only recommend more free weights for high traffic times.

I live in Va Beach but my daughter works in Chesapeake so I started coming to this location and it was the best choice I made, much nicer than the locations I had been going to,equipment was in great shape and updated, very clean and the employees are very friendly,not to mention open 24 hours unlike the one I had been too.Well worth the drive!!
