My favorite PF to work out in. Staff is professional, and the location is very clean. I did notice the inside of a couple of lockers need a wipe down, and wallpaper is starting to peel in certain places in the gym, but I'm certain these issues will be remedied after someone reads this. They strive to provide the best experience. I've tried other PFs in the Norfolk and VA Beach areas, but they do not compare.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. There is plenty of workout for my needs. Love the app as it will show when there is high volume or not at the gym and allows for easy check-in!

Charlie or Charles... 3rd shift sun-Thursday is the best employee I've seen out of 4 planet fitnesses. Thorough with cleaning helping and welcoming. Class act.. 5 stars.This guy needs to train staff across the country!

I love location and equipment. The facility is always clean. I like riding the bikes on my visit but on several visits a number of bikes were not working which threw me off my routine.

This place is always clean, and well stocked! Never seen any broken equipment or trash laying around. I come here three times a week and everyone is so nice and welcoming! I love this place!! Occasionally gets kind of crowded, usually around 4:00 mostly by the weight section. People tend to move out of their pretty quickly though.

I have been a member for about 4 months, the establishment is always super clean and the staff is friendly. Today is my birthday, and I decided to workout, once I checked in the staff wish me a happy birthday I was surprised , it's the small personal things the matter to me. Thanks PF staff for making my day!

Upon arriving the first thing I noticed was how neat and clean everything was! The facility just looks and feels really good. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Charlie. The locker rooms were immaculate. The equipment was varied and well kept. I really appreciated the cleaning stations everywhere. And the water bottle fill stations are really great, especially when you brought your bottle but forgot to fill it. The music selection playing overhead was great, that being said if it's not your thing and you want to listen to your own tunes, that's totally doable as the overhead music isn't too loud. Bless the giant fans over the cardio area, they're doing God's work, keeping the funk levels to a minimum. And I will never stop looking at the purple hand chairs funny. That said, they're oddly comfortable. So if you need to make a call or wait for someone at least there's a nice spot to do so. And if you're a black card member, they have a super cozy area set up for you, compete with tanning beds, massage chairs and my personal favorite, the hydro massage beds. I'm telling you, the black card is worth every penny. A massage after a workout is just heavenly and really helps me to not be as sore the next day. I would totally recommend this location to anyone looking to get a solid work out in in a judgement free zone.

Huge PF in Chesapeake. When you drive by the place looks packed with all the cars in the parking lot. Surprisingly, the place is so big, once you are inside seems like it’s dead. Friendly staff and clean facility

Not busy at all. PF app now will tell you how crowded. But ive been here at 6am to as late as 4pm and not but 30% cap. Staff nice n helpful. Really good on staying on top of cleaning for covid.

I usually go around 11pm and stay until midnight or 1 am. The staff is really friendly and motivational when it comes to needing their help or figuring out a workout. They give great advice when it comes to picking which membership you want. Me being a first time gym member and it being my first time wanting to work out this gym has worked out. Now I go at least 3-4 times a week
