Ashley H is so sweet yet so strong. I always leave Stretch Lab feeling good. Her stretches for my shoulders and neck really take away so much tension that I tend to build up there.

I had a great visit of Stephanie today. Herself and colleagues mentoring are great. She spent a couple minutes at the end offering plan details for me to do at home.

I continue to be impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by the folks at the Greenbrier location. Once again they did not disappoint! 5 stars is not high enough to rate Lori! Honestly 10 may not even be enough! You can always tell the difference in the type of work people do between those who are just doing a job and those that love what they do. Lori absolutely loved what she does and it was evident from our introduction all the way throughout my 50 minute session with her! I am so very glad I got linked up with you Lori! This was my first visit to the Stretch Lab but definitely not my last. Shelena assisted me with the stretches talking me through each one explaining the purpose of each stretch. I was challenged yet comfortable throughout the session. Most importantly I felt so much better. Looking forward to my next visit. I went to the Chesapeake location.Ask for Shelena she is the best.

Sanele is my favorite. So knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive! Truly this has been the BEST experience coming to stretch lab and it’s awesome to be assisted by someone who is so clued in about their craft. I’ve truly learned so much! Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I went. I have been terrible at stretching and lost a lot of mobility. Currently 3 weeks in and there are some areas I’m seeing small improvements in. I’m now doing at home stretches as well to help which I was bad about the first 2 weeks but I’m staying consistent with their advice. I go two times a week and am so grateful I do go!!! Lori has been very helpful and kind in helping me increase my mobility.

While the stretch therapists are all personally amazing, unfortunately the franchise structure needs some improvement. This is a reoccurring and expensive contract, to which a variety of fine print rules apply. It is important to reflect on how the design and application of the contract is oriented to the benefit of the franchise rather the the customer. While all truth exists in nuanced perspective, I have a special sensitivity to unbalanced economic relationships. Especially those I fund. I trust that in time these issues must be fixed, but currently I cannot highly recommend. I’m hoping someone with a vested interest may someday realize, in hindsight, some moves were a relatively expensive win. The other point I’d raise is that to get progress in flexibility requires daily activity. To work with a therapist every day would be entirely cost prohibitive, therefore I’d look at this as an opportunity to receive help in specific problem areas, and for learning, rather than a long term fix. If all that is understood, go for it.

Andrew is amazing. I have mobility issues. He is very compassionate and listens to my questions and concerns. He never pushes me past my limits. I am happy that I found this place. All of the staff members are awesome. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Assisted stretching makes a lot of difference. I go once a week.
