I like this place cause it open 24 hours and I normally go after 11 pm and this is what I saw after I joined for couple weeks . Homeless are resting in the female changing room , there is another one but she is looking at me so I can’t take a pic of her , and I have already told the employees about that and I guess they couldn’t do anything about it . I am pretty worry about the cleaning level and the safety level in this gym , I just joined for a two year membership , I might want to ask for money back if I see this again

This location is very disappointing. I expected more due to location and price. It’s not very clean here. The equipment is typically not working (treadmills in particular). The weights are never racked (an employee and patron issue).Despite that, there’s free garage parking and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Please avoid this location. The men’s locker room is disgusting. The steam room are ALWAYS broke. Every time I come in, they’re waiting for parts to get it fix. Lots of homeless people taking naps in the locker room. The staff doesn’t care. They’re so busy at their desk trying to sign people up that they rarely speak when you walk into the building. I love the XSport in Lakeview, but now that I live in southloop this location is much closer. I just wish it was it was a clean environment. Lot of potential but the management sucks.

Urinals need repair as they don't flush and causes the bathrooms to stink up

My boyfriend got both of our accounts frozen for a few months when we were moving (This was in March), just by calling this actual location. Spoke to the "General Manager" today and I tried to get my membership cancelled as we have moved out of state. they state they can only do it in person or to write a letter (???) to corporate. Fine i'll call cooperate. Then i ask them to put my account on hold (or freeze it) while I get this figured out and they said they can't do it, that it's a new policy. I ask when it came into effect and they said at the start of the new year. I told them my partner got our accounts frozen this year for a few months and they kept repeating, this is policy and it's not possible. Please explain how my partner was able to freeze the accounts a few months into 2023? They didn't have an answer. Then, they said they would freeze them, had me run and grab my barcode keychain, and literally said "that number above the barcode is the phone number for corporate." I'm sorry, how rude and unprofessional can you get? At that point, i'm so beyond frustrated that I tell them that I think it says a lot about this company that my boyfriend can call and get our memberships frozen no problem, but when I do it (surprise, I'm a woman) I'm met with not just them saying they can't do it, but waisting my time and telling me something isn't possible when they JUST did it for a man. A man who called them in March on my behalf and froze both of our accounts. Funny, I need to be in person to cancel or freeze my account but a man can call on behalf of a woman to get an account frozen in under a minute. General Manager didn't even care to figure out or explain why my boyfriend was able to do it, no accountability. Oh and he hung up on me when I was explaining. Overall, horrible experience, major hints of misogyny and i will not be going to any other locations. I suggest you all look elsewhere. p.s. guess whose calling to cancel my membership?! a man!

This corporation export Fitness I don’t recommend everything is Nasty everything is Brock nothing is really OK in this corporation I don’t understand why people keep paying money to this business corporation He’s not only in this location is every location you go everything is broke nasty they don’t clean and they don’t pay attention on the business

Terrible location the steam room hasn't worked for months and the got tub is if again for who knows how long, drove here 30 mins for those two things for nothing. SMH

We are members for almost a year now. I love that it has everything. I usually attend yoga classes and other cardio machines. I tried all the solarium,massages. It was nice

Sharif is the man got me signed up no headache or run around. Best value gym in the city, bring your own headphones tho the music is weak lol

Love It! But at night you might want a book bag you can carry because they break in lockers and some workers are sleep.
