We went in today with my wife to check out the place and perhaps join . But all agents were on there desk, one big black guys was with another one just laughing it up, one white guy came and told us we weren’t done with the computer, it felt as though I was doing an interview to get hired and he didn’t care wether I stayed or not. Very poorly managed and he offered to send me to a cheaper facility. And it looked as though he didn’t do any sit ups himself.

Terrible experience. Played a few games of basketball and got thirsty for some water, saw that the drinking water fountain was filled with water mixed with spit and mucus. I looked for another drinking water fountain and couldn’t find one. I asked the person at the counter where they were at and he responded with “I don’t workout at this gym so I don’t know”, then I asked for a water since I left my wallet in my car and he wasn’t very helpful and he said no, spoke with his manager and finally assisted me with locating a drinking water fountain. I then later noticed that they didn’t do anything about the flooded dirty drinking water fountain and also that there were machines that were out of service without any caution tape or even a notice explaining that the machines were out of service. Very poor service, a lot of outdated and broken equipment.

I’m really so disappointed about 24hr fitness after been a member at 24 hr fitness for years. My uncle and aunty were visiting me and I wanted to take them to the gym with me, so I requested two passes just for today from Bernardo, manager in charge and he said I have to pay $20 per person for it. I got one to three day passes before and taken my family and friends when they were visiting. Also, 24 fitness has given day passes online before. I would not renew my membership from here. Will call Sara the area manager on Monday to complain personally.

Their service is really good. But this is very bad. They should be open 24 hours! Their closing hours have greatly affected our customers' time! Why can't they be open 24 hours? I am willing to pay more for the nearby gym where I live is 24 hours. Their service is really good. But here I hope they are open 24 hours which also facilitates our lives. Please cherish the time. Please give me a reply. Since you closed here, it has affected our work very much. Because it is too early to go to work. There can not be a bath time after fitness. This has greatly affected the work of customers!
