Great visit all my questions were answered for wanting to open up a gym membership , loved the environment and excited to be a member at this gym.

For a gym, it is ok. Usually a machine or two down, and even the steam room has been out of order. But at least it is not usually too crowded

The Yoga Class with Marsha is one of the best classes but the room is too cold! you can not have a pleasant yoga class, muscles start cramping instead of having a good stretching and muscle warm up.

Filthy and junky. Hard to even call a gym. The treadmills are terrible and haven't been replaced in years. The employees are rude and unhelpful, all complaints about hazardous equipment or dirty areas fall on deaf ears. The ab machines are both broken but they will lie to you and tell you their equipment is all in good standing just to get you to sign up. Even going as far as refusing to put "machine broken" signs on broken machines. That's an injury waiting to happen. Stay away from 24 hour Fitness on Chino Hills Parkway. There are other gyms that cost less and have much better service, equipment, and clean facilities.

Don't let the nice exterior fool you. Today we stopped in to hit the Jacuzzi and sauna, big mistake! The chemicals were so bad, my silver ring came out tarnished and even after showering our skin is itchy and dry. I know it's a gym hot tub and higher level of chemicals are to be expected than in a personal pool or hot tub, but never had that problem at other 24 Hr Fitness locations. I saw people go straight from the crowded sauna to the hot tub without a shower. We left shortly after that.The staff can typically barely be bothered to look up from their phone to muster a halfway decent greetings. It's not very big and feels very crowded, partially due to how it is set up. Oh one time i even saw a man enter the ladies locker room and didnt notice any staff chase him down to correct him, super weird. I would rather just get outdoors to workout when in Chino Hills than visit this gym. I much prefer to the 2 locations near my work or my parents neighborhood.
