Decent gym. Missing few essential liek lower weight to increase gradually. Big bonus for them is the basketball court.

Great gym. It's clean, plenty of space and it has an Indoor Football Field and it's just a Sport Level Gym. All in all it's pretty cool.

This place is a joke! I came here to work out and brough my kids to the kids club. I have the super sport in chino but the kids club was full so I Googled another 24 hour fitness and this one came up. I have a monthly membership that I pay for my son and cash for my daughter. Well this gym said they couldn't find it in the system to I suggested they contact the other gym in chino to confirm. The light skinned girl in the kids club said no, you'll just have to pay the 5 dollars for him to stay here. I said oh no that's ok and left. This place sucks!! I don't recommend a sport at all especially this one. All young kids were at the front desk. Plus the girl in the kids club doesn't seem old enough to work with kids anyways.

wow, I am so surprised to see comments from 4 years ago that still true today. The air circulation in the group classroom is terrible! The speakers are broken and never repaired. Dirty is the only word to describe the ladys locker room and restroom. My friends and I now only go to Chino location, where it's maintained a lot better!

what can I say? Used to like this gym, up until they point were they locked the doors to the class room. Don't quiet understand why they would do that. If there are no classes and the room is vacant for people to just go in and utilize it why lock it up? So because of that being a major inconvenience i am cancelling my membership.

Always packed, with faulty equipment, and it's always dirty.

this gym is not very good. the basketball court is never maintained. the nets are usually broken, the court is slippery, and the a.c. never works properly. for the price i pay, 24 hour fitness is robbing people.

Old equipment generally maintained. Two cleaners usually cleaning equipment and restroom. Front desk just stares at you. Missing pins means hunting pins. 105 lb dumb bell been missing for years, probably holding a management door open.

I changed from LA Fitness to 24 Hour Fitness. Big Mistake. The ladies locker room is always dirty. There is mold in the shower stalls and hair everywhere. Some shower heads are broken. The vanities are always dirty. You would think with so many complaints the staff would check the locker room at least 3 to 4 times a day. I am surprised the health department has not been called. The equipment is old and beat up. Most of the headphone plug in are not working. Some of the staff could care less!!! Honestly how does this gym stay open?? In order to join a class you need to pay $1.00 to hold a spot. You would think our dues would be all inclusive. Very disappointed!

The gym is too crowed from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. I wouldn't waste my time by going to there during this period.
