I worked with Thomas for approximately 4 months, during that time I was able to look better, because as a trainer he knew exactly what exercises would work best for me and my body and cater to the results I wanted for myself, ….feel better, working out with THP always made me feel better physically about my accomplishments during my training time,.... and do better, the personal coaching: nutritional and physical (that was given with care and compassion), made my training and goals go beyond of when I stepped inside the training center...and offered true accountability. Thomas is really the best out there.

I’ve been training with Thomas from THP Fitness for a few months now. He is not only very knowledgeable about fitness and the anatomy of our bodies but he is passionate about it. You can tell by the way he personally plans each workout session based on your goals and motivates you every step of the way. I highly recommend Thomas for a personal trainer, whether your just starting out like me or have been working out and need some help getting your body to the goal you desire. THP is the place to be!

Thomas from THP fitness is a great personal trainer. I started working out with him 3 months postpartum and he created a training program that was safe and effective for getting me back to pre-baby shape! He has pushed me to get me back in shape while simultaneously working to ensure my nutrition/workout routine is sustainable long term. If you’re looking to get back into shape after having your baby, Thomas is very respectful and has the knowledge to get you where you need to be!

Thomas is an awesome fitness trainer! He has his own private gym studio, so I got the attention I needed instead of being trained in a big public gym! Thomas has trained many of my friends and all have recommended him to me. I needed help getting a schedule going in my daily fitness and he knew exactly what I needed to succeed! THP Fitness has been by my side for two years, I started working out with Thomas when I was six months pregnant. Thomas tailored all my workouts and meals around my vegetarian diet. I stayed in great shape! Now with these Covid times, Thomas's online classes are very challenging and a great way to connect with the world, not to mention affordable! Thomas has been an amazing coach for me these past few months. He has a very special way of breaking things down when certain workouts get difficult, he is patient & great at recognizing your strength and motivates you to get out of your comfort zone. He knows how to make a workout fun, I really enjoy working out with him in a group setting. It’s wonderful to be around just a few others with the same goal, and he makes it a point to focus on each one of us to help ensure workouts are done with the correct form. I have lost about 17lbs in the past few months I have been working out with him He doesn’t just train you with workouts he helps with lifestyle changes. Thomas is constantly posting tips for nutrition, and ways to live a healthier life style that has been a game changer for me. I've seen Thomas present a few times and you can tell he knows his stuff. He is a wealth of information with anything to do with effective workouts and nutrition. What I like most is that while losing weight/gaining muscle is at the forefront of his workouts, he also focuses on the whole person- meaning habits that will keep you healthy in the long run and not just quick results. I definitely recommend Thomas and THP Fitness! You'll be in good hands.
